Relax and enjoy the peace and serenity of this gorgeous pool home with spectacular panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains located on the ninth fairway of the private Weiskopf course at PGA West. This home is located behind the beautiful Legend Gate area of PGA West. This entertainer's dream home includes a sparkling private Pebble-tec salt-water pool, spa, waterfall, built-in BBQ and mister system for the warm desert days.
This 3 bedroom/ 3 ½ bath home was built in 2003 and recently professionally decorated. The main living and entertaining area was designed as a great room with glass walls that slide away in the dining area to make the house open to the outdoor living space. It includes a living room with a fireplace, a flat screen HD TV, built-in surround sound system, wet bar area and views of the mountains from the back of the house.
The kitchen is beautiful including a granite slab island and all the amenities a chef would need. The dining area seats 8 comfortably but also the sliding doors open to include the table in the outdoor living space if you are entertaining more people.
There is a California King bed in the master bedroom, queen in the 2nd master and a queen in the 3rd bedroom which is a casita with its own entrance. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, big closets with built-ins, beautiful bedding, televisions and lots of privacy from the rest of the house. All the bedrooms are separated from each other.
There are 5 televisions in the home including 3 flat screen televisions.
Wireless internet access and free long distance within the U.S. and Canada are always complimentary.

What a great stay we had here! The house is as beautiful as the photos - luxurious and at the same time as comfortable as home. This place has everything you could possibly want – and things you didn’t even know you wanted! We were impressed with the fully stocked kitchen as well as the close proximity to restaurants for the times we didn’t want to cook. We loved the pool and the Jacuzzi, listening to the soothing waterfalls, and being able to turn on misters when we got too warm. The set up was perfect for our together time (5 adults), yet we also felt like each bedroom was its own private oasis. We can’t wait to go back.

Your home is gorgeous! We soaked up the views of the local mountains and 9th fairway from your very luxurious and well maintained outdoor spa. What a treat to watch the sun rise and set each day from our own private bubble paradise. Our group loved the open floor plan which was perfect for entertaining. We especially appreciated the chef friendly kitchen where we cooked up a storm, the comfortable and well decorated living room where we watched movies together in the evenings and the spacious patio and pool where we lounged and sun bathed away the afternoons. Every detail of your home is well-considered and served to pamper us in grand style. The main living space easily accommodated the group but also offered three privates living spaces. Your home is perfect for three couples or for a family. Believe it or not we still had time to shop and hit the local restaurants which were close by and easy to find. Can't wait to come back and share this little slice of heaven on earth.
