Great rental and very professional management. Unit was excellent and a short walk to Old Town. Whenever I return to ABQ, I will check to see if this unit is available or what else this company has.

The photos posted on the site were quite a bit different then the actual dwelling. Bedrooms chain fans in the upper bedroom's were broken, making the upstairs very hot. Carpets were heavily soiled and kitchen cooking utensils limited. We also had some insect issues. I spoke with the manager who said they would be fixing the problems. Meanwhile, it was a very expensive stay for uninviting accommodations.
Owner response:This is our first less than 4-star review in the four years we have been renting homes in Albuquerque. We take the comments seriously and wish that Lisa had a more enjoyable stay with us. Our carpets are routinely cleaned, but they were in need of cleaning when this guest arrived. They were cleaned again last week. In the spring, the little critters outside get active and can make their way indoors. After we heard from Lisa about seeing bugs in the home, we immediately had the home sprayed by a professional exterminator. We have him routinely treat the home, but it hadn't been sprayed over the winter. We've examined the pictures to compare to current conditions and the only difference we spot is the window coverings. After a few guest comments that it could get too bright in the mornings, we replaced the vertical blinds with black-out drapes. Everything else is as pictured. Chains on the fans were not broken, they just did not have extensions installed to make it easy to reach. Chain extensions will be installed after the current guest departs. Don't expect a gourmet kitchen, but we routinely have guests cook big meals, including Thanksgiving dinner, with the equipment we provide. Based on the comments we've received from others, the cooking equipment in the home appears to be more than adequate for most. We pride ourselves in providing high quality accommodations at a great price. Guest comments are really important to us so we can adjust, correct and improve. That just makes it better for the next guest.

This is the 2nd year that our party of 6 rented this condo for a week's stay in Albuquerque. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed gathering around the fireplace in the evenings. The condo is large enough that everyone can retreat to a private space for awhile especially with the 2 patios that are available. We enjoyed being able to walk to Old Town shops within a few minutes from the condo. The only criticism I had was that there weren't baking pans in the kitchen. We actually went out and bought a 13X9 pan as we cooked every night we were there.

Our extended family of six stayed here for two nights following Thanksgiving and had a great visit, facilitated greatly by the convenience and ease of the stay. Robert is very well-organized and professional on his part and the property is very nice, with comfortable beds, clean living and dining areas, and a very functional kitchen. The location is convenient to both Old Town attractions (as well as Starbucks) and also to I-40 & I-25, so getting to other locations in Albuquerque is easy. Should we have a need in the future, we will not hesitate to return!

Perfect location for OLD TOWN, great restaurants, close to highway, Walgreens and grocery. Michaels and Monica's were fantastic restaurants within a few blocks. Charming people. Great beds, plenty of hot water, washer/drier great. Plenty of room for 6 adults, 8 would have been tight. If the kitchen had been better stocked with cooking and serving neccesities the overall experience would be Excellent.

For 7 guys flying in from all parts of the country, the access to the airport, great social amenities (flatscreen TVs), nice dining room and patio tables for cards, walking distance from Old Town, and functional kitchen, allowed for an efficient and enjoyable weekend getaway. Highly recommended. Robert is easy to work with and very responsive on e-mail. Our stay was April 29-May 1

This is our second time staying at this home and it has allowed us to have a family reunion that makes being together more special when you combine a great location with great amenities at a reasonable price. The kids can go to the park and museums, with the shopping and restaurants all within a short walk down Rio Grande to Old Town. Put simply, you can't find anything else that is comparable for the price and location that included the amenities this home has to offer.

My family and I had a great experience at this property with 6 adults and a few small children. The sleeping accomodations were perfect. The condo was very well stocked not only in the kitchen, but with tv's, components, games, etc and was an easy 5 minute walk to Old Town which was a definite benefit. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable; we would definitely stay here again if in town!

We spent a wonderful week in New Mexico using ALB as our homebase. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was clean, well-equipped, centrally located and only a few minutes from the airport. Would highly recommend it.

This home was the perfect gathering place for us and our extended family attending our son's graduation from UNM. Everything was set up so nicely and the beds were so comfortable! Having a downstairs bedroom made all the difference for "Grandpa" who cannot maneuver stairs - perfect! We even hosted 25 people for a celebration BBQ and there was plenty of room for mingling and eating; the patio was the big hit! So wonderful to be able to focus on the festivities and family and not worry about being in a small, crowded hotel room. We definitely would rent again!

We enjoyed our stay in Albuquerque and found this condo property well suited for our needs - the 4 bedrooms provided each of us our own room, the layout of the groundfloor provided good conversation between the living room and the kitchen. We did not have a car so we walked everywhere - to Old Town, museums, restaurants, etc. Very clean and maintained - a warm welcome to our Albuquerque visit.

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The unit was perfect for our family -- allowed our teenager to escape to her own room. While the temp was a little on the cold side, the sun on the patio for a portion of the day was a nice retreat. Location was a real plus -- no need to drive to Starbucks or restaurants as they were all within a short walk. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

We came from Maryland and Georgia to spend Thanksgiving as a family of 8 in Albuquerque and couldn't have picked better accomodations or location. The townhouse was no more than 10 minutes walking distance to Old Town and it was in a very nice area. It was also very easy to access from the freeway. The townhouse itself was clean and spacious and we felt at home immediately. We'll be back.

Our stay at your place in ABQ was most satisfying. It was comfortable, clean, & roomy. The location is accessible to everywhere we went - Old Town, the cultural center, the art museum, the highway to Santa Fe & Taos, Sandia Crest, etc. It was wonderful! Thanks for making it available to the Fab Five, my four dear high school friends & me.

Every 5th year, a group of 6 friends from high school get together for a vacation reunion. This year it was ABQ and we were all pleased with our stay. The house was clean, quiet, comfortable and sooo convenient to everything we wanted to do. Old Town was an easy 2 block walk. All our other activities were easily reached via I 40. Robert was very helpful with arrangements and answering questions. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone. We especially enjoyed the Pueblo Indian Center. We spent most of a day there. The lunch was really good. Try the mutton stew and fry bread. Yum.

I was so happy to find this place! We actually rented two properties owned by the same owners! We were a group of 11 visiting from Las Cruces, NM for salon educaton and were thrilled to find a place where we could all be together and in "not so tight" quarters. The rentals were cozy, spacious, and so comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and will visit again in the future! Thank you for offering a clean and enjoyable place for all to enjoy!

Robert and his partners maintain three lovely townhomes in this complex. My family stayed there over several days of a family reunion. We found all three homes to be very clean, well supplies, conviently located, decorated lovely and truly welcoming. I would highly recommend these homes to anyone looking for a hotel alternative.

It is extremely difficult to find a nice place to stay on vacation, but even more difficult if you are doing this for our "Sisters Get-Together" - 6 Sisters from different ares of the country. This house pleased even the most difficult to please among us. There are three bedrooms upstairs with a full bath and a bonus sink area in the hall. Downstairs there is a Master Suite that has a double sink and full bath. There was plenty of room for all six women to get ready in the morning. The house is spacious, private, and clean. We were happily surprised. There is easy access to the highways. The owner even provides popcorn, tea and coffee. There is no risk involved in renting this house. The owner is fair and easy to deal with. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Very nice property that is extremely well maintained, very comfortable and in a prime location. Walking distance to old town came in handy since parking is limited in Old Town during busy hours. Conveniently located near I40 and short drive to the airport (15min.) The owners were also very easy and pleasant to deal with in all transactions.

We really enjoyed our stay in Albuquerque largely because we had this comfortable, clean and lovely place to stay - it felt like we were home. We walked to old town and the children's museum and look forward to staying there again on our next visit. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent location. Easy access to major interstate, walking distance to Old Town. The house was beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable. The patio was wonderful for morning coffee and paper. It was also very quiet, you could sleep with the windows open! This was an outstanding property!
