Although we live in Florida the weather in South Florida is usually a little bit warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer because of the Gulf sea breeze. The entertainment, dining, shopping, and outdoor activities are fabulous.

We like our property because of the view. The Resort Pool is the best in the area for residences close to the beach. Being only 180 seconds to the beach we have the best of both worlds.
