Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$150/night (2 night min on weekends) .. $900/week (7 nights) $75 one time maid
fee. We do not impose a security deposit but keep your credit card
on file to cover any damages. Monthly rates available upon request.
Credit cards are processed when reservations are made. No refunds will be given
when cancelled. However - we will issue a credit for a later date.

We bought a weekend cabin here at Lake Blackshear in 1999 - fell in love with the lake and the people here and moved here permanently in 2001. My husband is a contractor and I am an interior Designer and licensed real estate agent. All 3 of our businesses coincied so well that we now have 3 vacation rental properties on the lake. We want people to come and experience the most beautiful sunsets in the world!The lake, the people, the amenities and quality of life are the best we have ever enjoyed. Come see for yourself.
