Location, Location, Location...this is directly across from North Avenue beach on the border of Lincoln Park, Old Town and the Gold Coast. Walk to the Lincoln Park Zoo, Second City Comedy Show, Great Restaurants on Wells or take a 5 minute cab ride to Wrigley Field - Home of our beloved Chicago Cubs in Lakeview. Lake Shore Drive is across the street for easy access to Soldier Field (Bears Football) and the Art and Museum of Science and Industry.
The building is considered one of the nicest luxury rentals in Chicago. The unit has a lake view is very professionally-run. Voted the best pool in Chicago RedEye Newspaper. A wireless café and fitness center are just inside the pool on the top 44th floor. It is fully-equipped with clean linens, towels and kitchenware.
There is also a pub table to get work done or eat dinner. We have 2 units is this building with identical views and layouts if more guests need to be accommodated.
