Tucked away on a quiet street in the Heights neighborhood of Morro Bay is this cozy studio apartment. The sculptured juniper greets you at the door when you arrive. The studio has a comfortable queen-size bed, table for two and a full-size kitchen.

The bathroom situation is unique. The commode and sink are to the right of the kitchen and the stall shower is to the left of the kitchen. Grab a fresh, hot cup of coffee or tea on your way through.

You can walk to the Morro Bay State Park and Golf Course from the studio. Downtown Morro Bay is a charming fishing village with lots to see and do. There is shopping, great restaurants, farmer's markets and even a movie theater.

The Embarcadero is a bustling waterfront. Looking for serenity? Why not rent a kayak and enjoy the peaceful beauty of the bay and sandspit or hike to the top of Black Hill in the state park and enjoy the breathtaking view.

Morro Bay is a birder's paradise. Go to the local theater for the nightly show or just tuck yourself in and watch videos on the VCR.

This is a perfect location for a traveling nurse or other professional.

  • We recently had the extreme pleasure of staying for a whole month at this location. Pat, the owner lives upstairs and a nicer person you will never meet. We also had the pleasure of meeting her son and daughter-in-law who live in the back, both wonderful people as well. We found the apartment to be more than sufficient for our needs, and conveniently located for all necessities. We will stay there again and again in the future as we visit Morro Bay as often as we can.
