Having never been to that area of Florida we were pleasantly surprised of its beauty. The area was manicured and the beaches were as beautiful as advertised. The condo we rented was immaculate. Everything was in order when we arrived and the place was spotless. All amenities were at our disposal so there was no need for supplemental shopping. The unit is in a quiet, safe and charming area where we could walk to nearby shopping, restaurants and the beach. The rental price was most competitive, as we compared unit pricing when we were down there. It was a very pleasurable experience and I recommend the Seacrest condo to all who visit.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Awesome place to stay: My family had a wonderful time staying at 35 Sailfish. It first started when we walked in to the house. The pictures online did not do the place justice. It was a lot bigger than what I though it would be. Tall ceiling on the first floor. Clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and pillows. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer. Kids loved the bunk beds. All the beds where comfortable to sleep in. Even though we didn't watch much TV, having TVs in every room was an added bonus. The BEST part of the house, which we enjoyed every evening, was the the large third floor balcony. Great view, nice furniture and every night it was quiet. The location was the perfect location from the huge pool. The short walk to the beach was nice. The kids liked riding on the golf carts. It was nice being able to walk to Mi Cochina. Having the outside shower made it very easy to clean up before going inside. Having a thermostat on every floor, which nobody thinks about, made everyone happy. There was plenty of parking. The people managing this residence were very nice and prompt when we contacted them. They answered our questions and provided all the information in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. If I could afford it, I would move to this neighborhood, Seacrest, in a heartbeat. The house is very nice and worked very well for our extended family of 6 adults and 5 kids, ages 3..13. Little things like shampoo, soap, and bathroom tissue as "starters" made it nice not to have to rush out and get these things immediately. The many flat screen TVs were great to separate kid's programs, sports, and other programing that everybody wanted to watch at the end of each day. The kitchen is well equipped, and the other furnishings were "above the norm" compared to other places at Seacrest we have rented. The only negative is that the wireless was not very good - a very weak signal most of the time. We will definitely consider 35 Sailfish next summer. -Renter from Atlanta area for stay in 06/2009

We had a very nice time! The cottage has everything you could possibly need. Nicely furnished to say the least and clean, clean, clean. We loved the third floor deck, it was furnished very nicely. We spent a few days here after Christmas, the decorations were still up and it made it all the better. Scenic 30-A is special because you have the beach, cycling, hiking, pools, shopping and cafes, without having to jump in the car. Wifi is a must with us, so that was a big plus. We rented bicycles for cruising around Rosemary and Alys beach and the 30A bike trail. It's just a real get away from it all because of the location. One would have to be very particular to complain about anything, but one suggestion is to move the microwave! We had a toddler with us and she was drawn to it needless to say. -The Boylans from Alabama for stay in 12/2008
