Ahhh the winter months in Gulf Shores... much like summer up north! Cool and sometimes cold in the evening with nice mild days. $75/night or $550/week! If you like uncrowded beaches... it is beautiful down the Ft. Morgan peninsula! Bring your pet and enjoy a lazy walk down the beach.

"Rest Your Wings" located at 5913 Pizarro Avenue in Gulf Shores, Alabama is a warm and cozy cottage with full beds in each bedroom one day bed, and reading/ game areas in large sun room facing the Gulf. Two televisions with Direct TV and for the sports fans... the NFL CHANNEL! One and a half baths upstairs and another private shower outside downstairs.

Large Decks in front and back, one downstairs and a screened deck upstairs on the west side. Well cared for and well behaved pets are always welcome. It's just a short walk (2 to 5 minutes) to the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white beach. Located few miles from The Beach Club resort that welcomes guests for dining shopping and spa services. There is a large marina a few miles from the cottage, a grocery store and several restaurants within a few miles.

A short drive into town offers The Wharf, movie theatres, Tanger outlet mall, a wide variety of dining choices and many other attractions. If you love golf, Kiva Dunes is just a couple of miles down the road but their are dozens more to choose from.

Whether staying a month or a weekend... you will have a wonderful time and want to come back again and again.

  • We have taken many trips to this area and this is the best accomodation we have ever had. We have stayed several times and will continue to visit in the future. The cottage is very clean and nicely decorated with a great view of the Gulf. The owner is very helpful and accomodating and will make your stay perfect. I would recommend this cottage to anyone. You will not be disappointed!
