Located on one of the best beaches in the US, Coronado Beach, this one bedroom totally remodeled and updated unit has the perfect vacation all over it. Coronado Shores is a luxury gate guarded condominium complex with 4 pools, 4 tennis courts,a fully equipped fitness center with indoor sauna and jacuzzi as well as all the newest equipment.
The lush resort grounds offer gated walking as well as the beach of Coronado. Other complex amenities are gated access, 24 hour doorman and a clubhouse with liquor license, live entertainment and hot tubs and gas grills at every pool.
This one bedrm/one bath unit is fully furnished with a canopy bed and a very comfortable queen sized sofa bed for additional sleeping if needed. 2 Flat screen large TV's with cable, a full width balcony to enjoy the SD City and Bay views, plenty of beach towels and chairs, boogy boards, umbrella's. Just about everything you need for a true beach vacation. All bedding and decorating is brand new. This unit was totally remodeled with granite and marble,gorgeous appliances and cherry cabinets. It is very special!
The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to prepare meals with all new appliances. One Covered and guest parking is included.
Coronado is a delightful city with a small town feel just across the bridge from downtown San Diego. Coronado has a safe and secure feel to it and it is safe to walk the sidewalks any tie of day or night. Close by you will find a 18 hole golf course with clubhouse, a 10 mile bike trail down the beach, 2 live theaters, bike rentals, watercraft rentals across the street, many parks on the island as well as the Ferry to take you to San Diego for an outing or just a great boat ride. The list is endless San Diego and Coronado offer so much entertainment from the Symphony to the Gas Lamp District.
