We stayed here for 6 nights while looking for a long term rental. Very nice accommodations and great location. Literally a minute walk away to a nice picturesque beach and the famous, Mamas Fish house restaurant. Paula was excellent to work with and made sure we had everything we needed.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

We stayed in the studio for five days and it could not have been more perfect! Just steps away from a beautiful beach, and from there only a two minute walk to Mama's Fish House!! The kitchenette was perfect, bed was comfortable, it was clean, and very convenient to all of our activities... this place is awesome!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We stayed in the studio for 8 nights. The house was as advertised, clean and well maintained with access to a small and secluded beach. Excellent sunset view from our lanai deck, so we spent quite some time there. Kitchen has everything you need except for martini glasses. Right from the beach, you can walk into Mama's Fish House, a nice restaurant with good service, excellent cocktails, New York prices. It is quiet friendly area, nice people. No shops around! Make sure you rent a car as the nearest shopping is in Paia. In Paia, I recommend Flatbread Pizza place, don't miss their Mai Tai. Paula was very accommodating, and responded fast whenever we had any questions, thank you!! The neighbor's parrot was a huge success with us. Sometimes he is allowed to fly free in the afternoon so stopped at our place a couple of times. Recommend this place to everybody.

We booked this house for 8 of of us for a week over Thanksgiving. We used the three room rental, plus the studio. Two of the 8 were kids (ages 5 1/2 and 8). This was a perfect house to rent: the kids had their own room, we didn't have to go out for meals (which is nice first thing in the morning), and in the evening the adults could sit on the deck and have frozen drinks while the kids slept! We really preferred this quiet area to the more "resorty" other side of the island, and Paia was a great little town to shop in, although not within walking distance (we did not expect it to be). The one thing within walking distance is Mama's, which is not to be missed! The beach near the house is very secluded and quiet, but there are other, bigger beaches not far away (really, nothing is that far away on Maui, except maybe Hana). The house was as listed, and well maintained. The owner was readily available, and handled matters as soon as they came up (not that there were many). We would definitely recommend this property to other families/groups who wish to see the side of Maui that isn't a resort!

This house / complex was perfect for our needs. We occupied the 2 bedroom with my inlaws and our baby while our friends stayed in the 3 bedroom with their 2 kids, baby and father. And when my cousin arrived for a few days, she stayed in the studio. We all had our privacy when wanted but we could also share some good moments together by opening the connecting doors. All the units were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location could not have been better, although a car is needed to get to town and other beaches when you have young kids or when you want to surf and windsurf (although it is possible to do it from there). The short walk down the path to Mama's Fish House and its beach is fun and should also be experienced at night (their cocktails are expensive but worth it!) Coco, the neighbor's parrot was an exciting addition to our stay, and so was Ho'okipa and its surfers and windsurfers. We will likely rent this place again! We had so much fun! Thank you Paula.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the studio and it couldn't of been more perfect. We had a beautiful view from our lanai , really comfortable living arrangements , an outdoor shower and a grill where we grilled our fresh fish daily. We were close to Paia so we did all of our shopping there, Baldwin Beach was a 5 minute ride and Mammas Fish House was right outside our doorstep. We kept on telling each other "what a find ! " . We wanted a place that was quiet but close enough to a town when we needed one- this was the perfect place. Thank you Paula for being so accommodating. KK Portland, Oregon
