Villa La Estancia - Your Home by the Sea! Oceanview and Gardenview luxury, two-bedroom, three full bath condos with all the amenities of a five star hotel but all the comforts of home.
We have 2 seperate Non-Smoking Villas to offer which are both personally decorated by the owners so they have the feel of a home with all the luxuries of a resort. The location is ideal - right on Medano Beach, the safest swimming beach in all of Los Cabos. Swim in the Sea of Cortez or one of three pools available for our guests.
We offer an upper level ocean view unit that can accomodate two- six people or a lower level garden view unit that can accomodate two-eight people. Both units can be rented as a two-bedroom, or as just a lock-off unit with one-bedroom. The suites are ideal for two people in the king bed, but can accommodate two more in the second bedroom. The spacious master baths have a jacuzzi tub, shower, twin sinks, and make-up area.
These 2200sq foot two bedroom, three bath condos feature a master bedroom with a king bed, comfortable sitting area with overstuffed chairs, desk area, Master Bath with jetted tub, shower, twin sinks, and make-up area. The second bedrooms have two queen beds and a private bath. Both units are equipped with Vonage phones in the master bedroom and offer free calling all over the United States at no additional charge. Now you can stay intouch with family & friends while your away relaxing in beautiful Cabo at no charge!
The dining tables sit six in style with space for more! The kitchens are fully-equipped to prepare gourmet meals and the 24-hour concierge service will help find your chef! There are washers and dryers along with maid service, as often as agreed upon. The living rooms and all bedrooms open onto spacious patios with panoramic views of the pool, Medano Beach, the Sea of Cortez, and the famous Land's End.
Cabo offers world class fishing, snorkeling, diving, and golf. Some of the world's best Golf Courses are a short drive from the resort. Town, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are a ten minute walk along the beach or a short cab ride away. My husband and I (Gary and Sharla) love Cabo San Lucas. The weather is always perfect, the ocean is exquisite and the people are genuine. We got married on the beach, in front of "Villa La Estancia", in 2003 and we never wanted to leave. We now live 6 months out of the year in Cabo and hopefully soon it will be permanent. We want people to enjoy Cabo as we do.

Cabo is one of the most beautiful places in Mexico/Bcs and has the best weather in ALL of Mexico. Medano Beach is the most magnificent beach on the entire Baja Peninsula. My husband and I have been coming to Cabo for 25 years
and we both fell in love with the beautiful beaches, perfect weather and the wonderful people...and don't forget the great food.

There is so much to do while you are in Cabo San Lucas from laying on the beach drinking a margarita or cerveza to going to the art walk and enjoying local artist and drinking wine and eating great food. Cabo is a fantastic place with so much to do...snorkling, scub diving, golfing (pro courses), zipline, swimming with the dolphins, ATVing, whale watching, road trips to the water falls or great little mexican towns and most of all eating great food and drinking the best tequila.

Top notch accommodations. The condo was huge and well maintained; in fact, the owners had just recently restocked the place. It was the perfect set up for a young family (our kids are 7, 5, and 2). It was, at most, a 30-second walk to the pool and a 1-minute walk to the beach. No need to rent a car, as the $7 cab rides in to town are the way to go. The management team at the resort was quite security conscious and willing to help. We would defitnitely recommend this unit to family and friends. There is simply no comparison when it comes to this unit versus trying to fit a similar group in to a hotel. If you are going to Cabo, VLE, and this unit in particular, is the way to go.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

I've rented a lot of places through VRBO but this is the first time I've felt copelled to write a review. We just returned from staying at Bob's 5th floor condo at Villa La Estancia and it was perfect. The grounds at this complex are spectacular. The moment you pull up to the main gate (yes the area is gated) and see these 3 beautiful resorts you know it is something special. There are 3 new resorts side by side with Villa La Estancia being the center one and the nicest one. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool area is awesome and the condo unit itself is nicer than the pictures shown. We rented the entire 5th floor unit for 2 couples. Each couple having their own suite. Internet was super fast, we were able to keep managing our fantasy baseball teams. Free calling to the US was really nice, especially on Mother's Day. Having a full kitchen was great. We cooked breakfast every morning and grilled steaks on the huge deck in the evening. We walked the beach but mostly stayed by the pool. Very quiet and relaxing. Great drink service, food service right to your pool chair, swim up bar, could not be better. Advice: The little market in the complex is VERY convenient but pretty pricey. Any market in any resort would be. Also, they do not sell meats in there. Have the bellman get you a taxi (they'll be there in 2 minutes) and take the 10 minute drive to Wal-Mart for your groceries and supplies. It is $8 each way AND the driver will wait for you if you ask. He waited for us (maybe because I hadn't paid him yet) and we were back to our room all stocked up in less than an hour for $20. Advice: Take a water taxi to the marina. They will pick you up right on the beach in front of the resort. I think it was $4 a person, we just gave him a 20 for the 4 of us. Tons of shops and bars at the marina. We walked as far as Cabo Wabo for lunch and then back to the marina. Then hired a water taxi to give us a tour of Lover's Beach, Land's End and the famous Arch and then back to our resort. I think that was $10 each. Where else can you get a private boat tour and transportation to your hotel for $10 a person. I love Cabo! Time Shares: I had read to expect getting hit on for timeshares. Aside from arrival at the airport we were NEVER approached or asked about timeshares anywhere. Not at Villa La Estancia, not at the marina, nowhere. GREAT VACATION. We'll be back.

My husband and I recently stayed at this property to celebrate our anniversary and were extremely pleased. Having travelled extensively around the world, we have high expectations for service and quality. This property delivered in every way. The owner's pictures are very up-to-date and accurately depict the unit and grounds. The pool, fitness center, beach and overall grounds are very clean and well tended. Property is 10-15 minutes walk from town or short taxi ride to the marina/restaurant area. The unit is large and comfortable, and has a well stocked kitchen. We only rented the "A" side (master bedroom with kitchen, living, etc.) however, there is a second bedroom side available for two couples or a family. Two full baths, a large jacuzzi tub, large walk-in showers, double sinks...it's all very comfortable. The deck is huge as well and has a fantastic view of the pool and ocean, and it includes table and chairs, chaise lounge chairs, outdoor fridge and gas grill. We would highly recommend this property for couples who want a quiet, peaceful, relaxing vacation. There were very few younger people, not many children at all. Nearby sister properties would lend themselves better to children or partying singles.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.
