  A nice home perfect for large groups and family vacations. Our boys loved the golf greens and staying in the casita. Too early in the year to use the pool but pleasant to sit and enjoy the back patio/pool area. Big master suite with patio doors - a nice feature. Plenty of space to spread out and tv's in every room, even the pool area. It was a nice stay in Havasu and love the area.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  This house was more than accommodating to my group of friends and I. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was huge. They have speakers outside so you can listen to music while you swim in the beautiful pool. Can't wait to rent this house again!

  This house was more than accommodating to my group of friends and I. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was huge. They have speakers outside so you can listen to music while you swim in the beautiful pool. Can't wait to rent this house again!

  The house was very roomy and big. It was accurately described on the website. It was well equipped and had everything that we needed. I liked the locked side yard for the boat. However, I found the house could have been cleaned a little better. The linens were stained ( bleach) and wrinkled. The area rugs hadn't been laundered in a while. Also, the amount of information signs around the house were a bit much. They were everywhere! Finally, the house is locathed in part of town that is questionable. While I know that you have no control over the neighbors...they did have furniture laying about their yard and lots of garbage. Overall, the house was just fine for our needs.

  Owner response: Thanks for the heads up on the rugs and linens. Our housing manager will get them cleaned and the linens replaced. I'm also having our maintenance manager pick up the neighbor's trash :) I don't want readers left with the opinion that the neighborhood is "questionable" - it's a great location - mostly very well kept suburban homes. Very safe suburban living - I walk around there day and night with my kids (and dog) and have never felt anything but comfortable. There is an industrial zone about a mile from the home but you can't hear or see anything of it from the home.

  This was one of our best vacations ever. I wish that we could have opened a window to get the night breeze and the TV was the only problems we encountered. We would rent this place again in a heart beat. Thinking of renting it again for 2014. Pool was great and not to expensive to heat. Loved the hot tub and the Casita. We would definately recommend this place to our friends. We ate at the house mostly but we did like to go to the Black Bear Resturant for the occasional meal.

  We rented this home for the months of Jan and Feb 2011. We had ample room for guests who dropped in for visits and had great BBQs on the patio., We liked this house alot. Had quick response from management team.if we had any problems or questions. Onky negitive about it was it could have been cleaned better prior to us renting. Some say us SNOWBIRDS FROM CANAD are fussy neat freaks! We just like having clean homes I guess.

  MY FAMILY RENTED THIS PROPERTY FOR FOUR DAYS AND WAS REALLY IMPRESSED...IT WAS SPACIOUS, CLEAN, QUIET AND VERY FUNCTIONAL FOR A FAMILY WITH SMALL CHILDREN...I HAVE A SET OF 4-YR OLDS TWINS AND WAS A BIT APPREHENSIVE REGARDING POOL SAFETY AND TO MY SUPRISE AND SATISFICATION, ALL THE DOORS LEADING TO THE POOL AREA HAVE LOCKS AT THE TOP OF THE DOOR TO PREVENT LITTLE ONES FROM EXITING OR ENTERING WITHOUT THE ASSISTANCE OF AN ADULT...A VERY BIG PLUS FOR ME...WILL MOST DEFINTELY CONSIDER RENTING AGAIN!!

  Everything was well in order. Very professional. The house was pefect for a party of 8 people. The Casita is a huge bonus!! I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for the great stay!!

  We loved this house- it is convenient to the lake- right in town and has everything you need. We loved the putting green and the pool was so refreshing! The casita was the best! we were able to have all of the big kids stay out there- there was tons of room- it was like their own place

  This was our first VRBO experience and we are hoping that all other properties are as accurately detailed and present as well as this one! Pool and spa were especially enjoyed! It was so nice to have this move-in ready destination, with well supplied kitchen & BBQ. The property management folks were attentive and answered questions. We fell in love with Lake Havasu City and were made welcome by the many businesses we visited. Thank you Marty for sharing your beautiful property with travellers. We have recommended your home to many other friends and family members across Canada & US.
