The king master suite is located on the ground floor, with a private deck entrance and river views. The third large bedroom, unlike the rest of the homes located on the Bluff in River Wild, is an actual bedroom, NOT a loft providing complete and total privacy with the option to open up to the rest of the house. It has twin bunk beds and trundle beds, with down alternative duvets and pillows which sleeps four comfortably with plenty of space. Room is stocked with several board games, toys and large assortment of legos.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The owners of this home love to listen and see the river from their home, especially from the patio, living room and guest bedroom! Avid runners and outdoor enthusiasts, they take advantage of the trail along the Deschutes River as well as the extensive mountain biking trails. They also enjoy the close shopping at the Old Mill District and downtown boutiques. Their children love the swimming pool! The hot tub is wonderful after a great day skiing on Mt. Bachelor, which is just a short 20 minute drive up the hill!
