This was a return visit to Key Biscayne for a spring break vacation with the family. Once again, Gladys was a perfect host! We enjoyed several days of the Sony Open Tennis. It is about a 20 minute walk to the entrance. The boys practiced on the tennis courts for their upcoming high school tennis season. For those tennis fans, we saw John Isner with Jim Courier on the Key Colony courts! The complex has great security with a crew always working to maintain beautiful grounds. Thanks again for another wonderful visit.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Set in a lush, secure and well maintained complex this cozy apartment has everything one needs for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance. It is very clean and well appointed. The owners are a pleasure to work with--helpful in every way! Our family of four recently returned from a wonderful vacation stay at this comfortable and clean condo. The property is very well maintained with 24 hour security. It was a short walk to the main pool by the beach and tennis courts. The pool by the beach serves great food and drinks with a postcard view of the ocean. Many restaurants were within walking distance. The owner, Gladys was an excellent host, very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this condo!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our second visit to this Condo in Key Biscayne and it was wonderful once again. We love walking to restaurants, park, tennis, beach and pools. The owners are easy to work with and responsive to requests. Very safe environment too, security is on the ball.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Excellent property Key Biscayne and Botanica is a lovely secure tropical oasis away from the hustle of Miami life. The property we rented is just excellent, the description and photos are as shown. The property was very well cleaned and maintained. Well implemented apartment and kitchen, this unit also has a washer/dryer. The owners very helpful and instructive at arrival, fresh flowers that brightened our arrival, dependable Wi-Fi and c-pass for travel off the island. Botanica is a lovely secure tropical oasis away from the hustle of Miami life. The complex is beautiful with lush foliage, waterfalls, heated swimming pool with a stunning ocean view that reminded us of Hawaii. Gladys was a perfect host that thought of everything, fresh flowers that brightened our arrival and even provided the c-pass for travel off the island. The condo was super clean and well equipped with a really comfy king bed and dependable wi-fi. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to come back again soon! we enjoyed very much staying in this apartment.- it´s very nice, quiet, and very confortabl, walking distance to the nicest beach and pool.- it was very well cleaned, and maintained.- The photos are accurate, it looks exactly as it is shown.- the owner was very helpful at any moment.- I highly recommend it.-Recommended for: Families with young children

This property is just excellent, the description and photos are better than as shown, property was very well cleaned and maintained.Lots of towels, beach appliances, well implemented kitchen. The owners are wonderful persons ready to help and very treatable. The beach is awesome, as so the pools. We loved our stayed in this apartment and will surely come back every time we travel to Miami. Everything is at walking distance, good neighborhood, well its the best place in Miami to stay. I would recommend this apartment 100 %. There are pelnty of nice Restaurants, Supermarket and Pharmacy at walking distance. I stayed there with my wife and 21 year daughter and had a great time.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The unit was very comfy, and clean and in an upscale complex. It has everything you would need or want for a great stay in Key Biscayne. Walk to beach, pools, restaurants, parks, tennis, shopping and golf a short drive away. The pool next to the ocean is great and the lap pool very quiet. The owners are easy to work with and very accommodating.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The unit was very comfy, spacious and clean. It has all that we need to make Our stay one that we enjoyed. The pool next to the ocean is great and the beach beautiful and quiet. The owners are very nice peolple always willing to assist you in all your needs.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
