Serenity Woods sits on one acre of private wooded land. Awaken to the sound of the birds singing outside the window. The deer, chipmunks and butterflies visit regularly! Upstairs,an open floor plan displays a gorgeous view of the 40 forested acres beyond. The new floors and warm colors in this recently renovated 3BR, 2BA home create a spacious, down-to-earth feeling. The rustic stone hearth is the focal point of the living, dining, and roomy kitchen area. (Seats 8 comfortably.) A 42” television creates a nighttime movie adventure, with lots of kid friendly DVD movies from which to choose! Two levels give everyone their privacy. Upstairs, the master bedroom is decorated in luxurious, bright colors giving the bedroom and the fully renovated bath a southern feel. The oversized downstairs bedroom, decked out in a mountain theme, has a queen futon, two bunk beds, and a walk in cedar closet. Play some of the many board games, start a rousing match of ping pong, use the Game Cube to while away the time, or catch up on those books you’ve been wanting to read, in a peaceful setting. Walk right onto the lower deck and enjoy the clean mountain air in the seating area outside. A computer desk and double futon reside in the attractive but simple third bedroom downstairs. The downstairs hallway will take you to the single car garage and laundry area. Wonderful, soft towels, colorful linens and local crafts and photos, add a special touch to this charming mountain home.

Enjoy the incredible views right inside Connestee Falls. Fifteen minutes from Dupont Forest and some of the prettiest waterfalls in Transylvania County.

  • Conestee is absolutely beautiful. And we loved this house. It's cozy, spacious, very well decorated and clean. The view from the large deck to the forest makes you feel surrounded by nature. We went during the Winter, so we could see far through the trees. We enjoyed hiking to the many nearby falls, going shopping in Brevard, fishing trout, taking the kids to the skateboard park, eating gourmet meals, playing ping-pong in the garage and a million other things we did during our week long stay. The best of all, at least for me, was taking a relaxing shower and watching a movie as a family by the fireplace. If you like nature, this is the place. We've been to other areas in the Carolinas, but if you are looking for "a lot of bang for the buck", this is the right area and the right house. We'll love to go back. I strongly recommend it.

  • BEAUTIFUL!!!! Serenity - Says it all. Peace and quiet, nature's beauty, great hiking, fishing and sightseeing. This home is warm and welcoming, spacious and cozy. Highly recommended and it is our new destination in North Carolina!!

  • My family and I enjoyed a beautiful week this past summer in this home. The surrounding land and mountain views were beautiful. There are also lots of places to walk and hike right inside the community, not to mention the waterfalls. It's a quiet and refreshing place to relax and unwind but there's also plenty for the kids to do too! We loved it and the memory we take with us is priceless!
