One house from the beach. All new siding, railing and upper deck. - Lavallette, NJ - New Jersey Rental Home Enjoy a relaxing vacation on the beach in beautiful Lavallette. Our house is 50 feet from the Atlantic Ocean and one of the nicest beaches on the east coast. Along the beach is a one and one-half mile boardwalk that is the length of the town. The house is ten years old and custom built for our family. It has four bedrooms with two family rooms with a queen-size, pull-out couch. There are two and one-half baths plus a large outside shower to rinse of after a day at the beach. The house has central air conditioning, full wall-to-wall carpeting with a ceramic-tiled kitchen. There are two decks in the front of the house and a large deck in the back for entertaining and grilling. There is great shopping at the end of our street where you can find deli's and gift shops. There is fine dining and taverns within a short walking distance. All SUMMER arrivals and departures are on Saturdays.
