We have a beautiful, 2 bedroom 3 bathroom condo, complete with a private balcony off each room, 2 whirl pools, full kitchen, large dining area, daily maid service, 3 swimming pools, work-out, and much more. There is additional sleeping on 2 queen size sofa beds in the den. Condo will accommodate 8 -10 people.
This unique private community just a few blocks from the port and shopping of Cabo San Lucas... like no place else you've ever stayed! And it's ALL about LOCATION! minutes from our door there are beautiful white sandy beaches plus 3 swimming pools complete with swim-up pool bar, and full beach service. You may also enjoy cocktails/dining at one of the many excellent bistros or restaurants, or peruse the quaint village shops, snorkel , deep-sea fishing... walking, or read a book by the poolside.
You won't even need a car... unless you want one! EVERYTHING is within a 5-10 minute walk. You will also enjoy daily walks around the town, and seeing the boats in the harbor.
The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and entertainment center and huge bathroom with whirlpool plus ceramic shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds and the 2nd huge bathroom with whirlpool and shower stall. The living room has 2 Queen-sized sofa beds plus the 3rd full bathroom.
This villa is beautifully furnished it was refurbished in 2011. Granite and marble tile are used throughout. Fully equipped kitchen. Daily maid service (except Sundays)is available. The living room sliding glass doors open up the large covered patio making this a spectacular setting, from where you can watch whales and cruise ships coming into port.
The Playa Grande is a 5 star resort, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We fell in love with Playa Grande because it has restricted access with private beach, but a very short walk to all the action Cabo has to offer. It is on a private beach as beautiful as any in the world with several beautiful gardens and 3 private pools.
All the units are ocean view. There are only six floors.
Enjoy amazing food pool side. Our favorite is the fresh Guacamole or Ceviche for an afternoon snack.
The resort was built in 2004, and refurbished in 2011, therefore it is very clean and new. The resort has it own purified water supply. No written description can say just how beautiful and relaxing Playa Grande is. Check out YouTube clips of Playa Grande Mexico.

My family used this unit the last week of April 2011. It was fabulous! The suite itself was wonderful and had everything we could have needed. The staff is the best and were there to accommodate us with any of our wishes from daily service, transportation and reservation making for dinner and activities during the day. The beach is amazing! Private and very clean. We are definitely going back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We went to the Playa Grande with some friends,who own a unit in 2004 . We loved it so much we purchased a Penthouse Time Share. Unfortunately, our family situation restricts us from using it like we want.
