  This condo is wonderful. Very clean, comfortable beds, up to date kitchen, secure building with friendly staff. Owner was very nice and the location can not be beat. We never used our car and loved the restaurants nearby, thank you for a great stay!

  This two bedroom condo is a clean comfortable place for 4 adults to stay in Atlanta. It is within walking distance of all of the fun activities surrounding Bicentennial Park - Aquarium, Coca-Cola, CNN, Georgia Dome, and a number of wonderful restaurants. The condo is as it is pictured in the advertisement. The owner was wonderful to work with. She took care of all of the arrangements well ahead of time. This included access to the building (there is a 24 hour front desk security person who was very helpful) and parking . I would consider staying in this condo again when I return to Atlanta.

  We are a couple who needed temporary housing in Atlanta and luckily we found this apartment! We lived there for over a month and our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is very spacious and in excellent condition, brand new kitchen with dishes and more than enough to live as in our own home. Another aspect to note is that while the apartment is located on the main street of Downtown Atlanta it is very quiet because it is on one of the highest floors of Peachtree Towers Bildings and does not face Peachtree street. Also building staff that manages the receipt and delivery of keys is very kind and helpful. 100% recommended!

  We recently had a 3 night stay at this condo and I have nothing but great things about pretty much everything. Any questions I had before the stay was answered beyond fast by Beth. The staff down stairs were very nice and helpful. The condo was nice for downtown Atlanta. Very close to the train station, good bars and restaurants, CVS is in walking distance. Very clean, plenty of towels and pillows, a coffee pot, dishes and all of that type of stuff. Would recommend!! The only issue is the parking which others have said because I know about how Atlanta loves to put the boot on the tires. there is a garage that does overnight parking with in and out for 18 a night and it is right on baker st just past the 5 dollar parking but that is open and I didnt see where you could pay for more than one day but I could be wrong. Anyway if you need a place to stay that pricewise is compariable and in some cases better than a good hotel then stay here. Was super quiet as well.

  I, along with two colleagues, attended a convention at the GWCC May 19-22. My late decision to go made making arrangements difficult as most hotels were booked and couldn't accomodate 3 people. Having used VRBO for family vacations, I gave it a shot. This condo was perfectly situated across from the Hyatt Regency (where our shuttle picked up daily). It was clean and comfortable, and the 24hr desk attendant made it feel very safe. Housing 3 women in a 1 bathroom hotel room is troublesome, but this condo allowed us lots of room and 2 bathrooms! The screened balcony was very nice, although we never got a chance to just hang out there. The kitchen was well stocked, though we didn't need to use it due to eating out each night. Having internet access was a huge plus as well! This is a great place for business travelers, and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again for personal vacations should I get to Atlanta again!

  This condo was everything the owner said. Great location, very friendly staff. I needed a place close to Georgia Tech as my son just had surgery and he needed my care for a week. We at at several of the local restaurants and had very good meals. I was able to take care of my son and get him back to school earlier than expected. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I look forward to going back again to really enjoy what the area offers.

  My Mom, two daughters (ages 4 and 1) stayed here over spring break and had a great time. The location is fantastic being only 3 blocks from the major attractions. There's a big hill so bring a stroller if you have little ones! The condo was a nice layout with the bedrooms on opposite sides. The kitchen was great and pretty well stocked. My only recommendation, Beth, would be to provide more information on the parking situation. Since there is no loading/unloading zone out front, we drove around until we finally had to run in and ask the concierge where to park at the building while we dropped off our stuff (a back alley brings you to the back of the building although you have to have the key fob before you can get into the back door). I would definitely recommend that people park in the $15 lot next to the $5 lot due to safety of your vehicle. Overall, we had a great time in Atlanta and were very happy with out decision to stay in this condo.

  I have stayed at this property twice now, and I just love it. It is in a convenient downtown location, just down the street from the Aquarium, CNN Center and many other landmarks. The condo is in great shape with all the amenities you could desire. Also - the full kitchen, two bedrooms and two full baths make it a perfect home away from home. The owner is very friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in downtown Atlanta.

We recommend the restaurants Ray's In the City (a little pricey but fabulous atmosphere and food) and Max Lager's (cool micro brewery/grill).
