This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a CORNER UNIT on the 3rd floor. We are a LARGE 2 bedroom 2 bath and have a SEPARATE DINING ROOM WITH A TABLE FOR 8 OVER LOOING THE POOL AND SLOPES. It has amazing views of the mountains, night ski runs, pool and hot tubs in addition to the village which is within walking distance.
This condo is light and airy in every room. The den has a large leather sectional that makes into a queen size pull out bed that will comfortably sleep 2 adults or several children and easily seats 6 adults. This allows everyone to sit comfortably and relax in front of the gas fireplace chatting or watching the new 37" flat screen TV. The large coffee table folds up to make another dining area!

VIP ski check is available at the lifts for a small daily fee and there is a secure condo specific ski locker for your convenience. The key is in the condo. The new high speed gondola is now closer to the condo. This high speed gondola seats 8 people and makes getting to the top of the mountain even easier and faster.
HERE IS A LITTLE KNOWN SECRET.... After Keystone and most of the other resorts close their ski operations Arapaho Basin which is less than 7 miles from Keystone, will still be open for another 2-3 months. A-basin has some of the best skiing in Colorado.

"It was GREAT! And I can say that because I've stayed in numerous condos around the globe, even owned them in CO--I can discern the characteristics that separate the best from the rest. Easy (I mean easy!) walking access to the gondola, shops, restaurants, and the hub-bub of the River Run area. The condo itself was outfitted and appointed nicely. Tremendous views of the mountains. Plenty of room inside, responsive climate control and nice touch with the gas fireplace. We really appreciated that staples like spices, sugar, foil, etc., were "leftover" for guests to use, instead of us constantly having to run to a grocery store. The heated garage was welcomed, and our daughter raved about the heated pool and hot-tub, begging us every evening to go swim. All in all, a great lodging experience. If a future snowboard vacation takes us to Keystone, we'll certainly inquire about your property again."

Year Purchased: 2004
We are the Christman family, a very active family of four! The parents, Bob and Sarah, live in Henderson, NV and our son, Bryan, a graduate of CU Boulder (Go Buffs!) lives in Santa Monica, CA and works for an advertising agency. Mark is a Jr. at Point Loma University in San Diego. We love rafting, skiing, snowboarding, traveling, sailing and most other adventure sports. We love our Keystone condo and use it as a second home. We love decorating it and have taken care to make it beautiful for our guests.
We lived in Southern California for 25 years before moving to the Las Vegas area in 2007. We have enjoyed many wonderful trips to Keystone and love all there is to do in the Summit County area!
Why the Owner Chose River Run, Dakota Lodge
We bought a vacation condo in Keystone because son was attending CU Boulder and we loved to go to Colorado. Also, Bob and Sarah, are both native Texans and we grew up going to Colorado on vacation when we were kids. So, it was a natural for us to look in Keystone for a ski condo for the family and found out that we love the summer just as much as we do the winter there!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love staying in our condo because it's a little bigger than most other 2 bedrooms and we have room to spread out and enjoy the space. We can walk to many great restaurants and go hiking and bike riding just out the front door. We love the many festivals in River Run Village and like being in a unit with it's own pool and spas for relaxation. In short, we never want to leave when we are at our Keystone condo! We will ALWAYS pay for the cleaning when you leave and get you discounts on lift tickets, equipment, and at local restaurants, shops and spas!
