Two bedroom, two bath oceanfront villa on the second floor overlooks fresh water pool, beautiful sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Private island resort offers 2 1/2 miles of uncrowded, unspoiled white sand beaches. Villa is professionally decorated and delivers an elegant coastal living environment. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors offer panoramic view of the pool, landscaped courtyard, white sand beach and the ocean. Living room / dining area have matching sofa and loveseat, dining room table and chairs for six people and a entertainment center with flat screen TV with cable reception. Master bedroom opens onto oceanfront balcony and offers king size bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet. Furnishings include triple dresser, mirror and matching night stands with lamps. Guest bedroom has one full size double bed and single trundle bed, two dressers, mirror and a night stand. Remodeled kitchen fully equipped with Whirlpool appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, electric range, microwave, dishwasher and all 'new' small appliances. All china, glassware, utensils and cookware are provided. Wild Dunes Resort is a master planned, gated community with 24 hour security and features two Tom Fazio designed championship golf courses. Wild Dunes has a top ranked tennis center with 17 Har-Tru courts. State of the Art Fitness Center offers personal training, aerobic classes, weight machines, free weights and massage therapy. Full service Isle of Palms Marina is within 5 minutes. Summer rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.

My husband and I have been going to this condo serveral times a year for 4 or 5 years with another couple. The condo is very up to date and has all the comforts of home. It is very well maintained and the photos are accurate. My husband especially likes the area for surf fishing and the beach is beautiful. Sam and his wife are always easily reached and very gracious when you need to speak with them. Their goal is for their vistiors to have a wonderful experience and our stays have always been just that. The Wild Dunes area has beautiful grounds and is very well manicured. The bike path is very convenient for a 3 mile walk or ride. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area. Also, there is a large shopping center with many well known stores. Charleston is only 20 minutes away. Charleston is a great place for sight seeing, shopping, and dining. Summerhouse is just a great place to stay. Looking forward to going back!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

I could tell from the pictures that this condo would be nice, but it exceeded even my high expectations. The condo was decorated very nicely with quality furnishings, but the real highlight was the kitchen! It was stocked with every kitchen tool/pot/appliance you could think of (although, don't forget to bring your own olive oil, salt, pepper and any other cooking basics you need!). The kitchen design was flawless with many features that I wish I had at home. Despite all the great dining options in Sullivans Island and in Charleston, we spent most of our meals in and thoroughly enjoyed cooking and enjoying dinner on the large balcony. We didn't use the pool but it was a stone's throw away and the easy beach access was nice. A few of us enjoyed the running path right outside our door and finishing the run on the long, flat beach front. I would definitely come back to this condo and hope to soon!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Beautiful villa! Description of location is accurate. Photos are current and up to date. Great location at upper end of beach where it is quiet and less crowded. You can walk or bike the beach or the 3 mile loop. Well manicured and maintained throughout Wild Dunes. We have been going to Sam's and Patricia's place for several years and have never been disappointed. The villa is exceptionally clean. It is very nicely decorated with ammenities that add to the vacation experience. Sam is great to answer any questions or concerns you have. He always checks in with us! Definitely recommend this property to friends, relatives or anyone wanting a really nice vacation. We love the restaurants and proximity to Charleston! Can't say enough about this neat place at the beach!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband, my sister, my brother-in-law and I enjoyed our stay at the condo when we came down to Charleston from the Upstate to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Charleston Southern University. The condo is perfect for two couples and has a great view of the pool and the ocean. The location of the condo at the back of the resort area gave us the seclusion and the privacy we wanted to have a restful and relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of our every day lives. We definitely will consider the condo for our next trip to the Charleston area.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Perfect place for us. We come here 4-6 times a year. Beautiful condo...kitchen updated...hardwood & tile floors...very clean. Location is ideal. Big beach! We love this place...it is like our second home. Owners are great to work with making sure our stays are always the best!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were very pleased with the condo's location on the beach. New kitchen, appliances, etc. what more could you want in a place to relax and enjoy local sites. Everything has been very well kept and many updates have been completed. Very nice and would highly recommend it to others.. Excellent space for two but roomy enough for company or a family. Close to the beach with a super view.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family had a wonderful time at Wild Dunes! The condo was very comfortable, clean and was well stocked with all the kitchen items we needed. The views of the ocean and pool were gorgeous from the living room and master bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. The sports card was great and we took advantage of the fitness room and tennis on the island. I would highly recommend this location as it is at a quieter end of the beach, yet close enough to bike to the Grand Pavillion and tennis facilities. Sam was very helpful in answering all our questions about the condo and amenities. Thank you again for a memorable stay--we'll hopefully return again soon!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
