Enjoy the beautiful lake views of beautiful Bull Shoals Lake from our modern cottages, color TVs, air conditioning, microwaves, drip coffee makers, BBQ-grills provided on each porch. You just supply the food.

We have an abundance of wildlife in the Promised Land; you will see deer, owls, eagles, turkey vultures, blue birds, canaries, numerous types of wood peckers, and many-many more animals and birds. Our favorites are the humming birds and we provide a feeder at each cottage.

The fishing on Bull Shoals Lake is the finest in the country, with over 1 thousand miles of undeveloped shoreline and crystal pure water makes the lake a fisherman's and water sports enthusiast paradise (it's the Promised Land).

A FREE boat stall comes with cottage rental. For those without a boat, we have rental boats available, or you can just fish off our 14 stall covered dock (we planted crappie beds around dock)... or just laze around our carpeted swimming pool with diving board... or relax your muscles in our nu-wave spa.

And for the parents we have a NO QUARTERS NEEDED game room with: pool table, Ping-Pong, Sega, Nintendo, Playstation, and many other games including shuffle board court, tether ball, and of course horse shoes. For the little tykes we have swing sets, sand box, play set.
