The Emerald Bay Guest house is located in the gated Destin Community of Emerald Bay. Newly Renovated in 2008, this 8 bedroom/8 bath home was designed to cater to Golf Groups or Families that will be utilizing the Emerald Bay Clubhouse for a Destin Wedding. Each bedroom includes two Queen beds and a private bath. Televisions are in each room as well as a private balcony or porch. The main living area is spacious and open and provides plush seating, state of the art flat screen television and ample stereo system. The fireplace is perfect for those fall evenings and chilly winter nights for groups that want to hang out in the common area for a night of cocktails, beers, cards or movies.
The kitchen/wet bar area includes a refrigerator for storing snack and drinks, a microwave and a preparation area with sink. The refrigerator can be stocked prior to arrival upon special request and meals can be provided by the Clubhouse Grill located just across the parking lot. Full breakfast and lunch menu is available each day in the grill, prepared by a professional chef. The fully stocked bar is open until 6pm each day.
The Guest house sits on the west end of the parking lot and features a large community pool within steps of the back door as well as two tennis courts for guest use. Golf is discounted for guest use at Emerald Bay which is an 18 hole championship course designed by Bob Cupp with multiple water features, including a breathtaking view of the Bay. A driving range and fully stocked pro-shop are also conveniently located on site.
The Clubhouse at Emerald Bay was completely remodeled and renovated in 2008 with a new covered deck area overlooking the pristine golf course and lake - perfect for your Destin Wedding Ceremony and Reception. Ample parking space is provided for guests, as well as discounted area vendors for floral, photography,transportation and catering needs.
The Emerald Bay community is located 2 miles east of the Mid Bay Bridge, and 3 miles west of the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. With the central location, pristine accommodations and luxury amenities, the Guest house is the perfect choice for those who wish to have all the luxuries of a Destin vacation without the traffic or crowds.
