Situated on the 18th hole of the Park City Municipal golf course - Winter home of the White Pine Nordic ski trails. Spectacular views of the Park City ski runs are right out your back door.
No rental vehicle needed...conveniently located within walking distance of the Park City Ski Resort, the condo is also across the street from grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, movie theater, sporting goods stores, ski rental and supply shops, liquor store, Starbucks, etc., etc.. All three ski resorts, historic Main Street, dozens of restaurants and shops, bars, clubs, day spas and an outlet mall are easily accessed by use of the free shuttle service. Buses pick up every 20 minutes right in front of the condo complex. You can enjoy every aspect of this lovely resort town without ever looking for a parking spot!
This nicely decorated, 1600 square foot condo has an open floor plan and is a cozy, family-friendly environment. Over the years many snowmen have been built on the golf course! This is a two-story unit with all three bedrooms on the second level. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and full attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining full bathroom. A third bedroom has a full-size bed and shares a bathroom with second bedroom. All bedrooms have vaulted-ceilings and TVs with DVD or VCR. The first floor has a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry and half-bath. Located within the complex are two hot tubs, swimming pool and sauna. Everything is in place to ensure your stay is pleasant and memorable.
Whether spending your time on the slopes, golfing, hiking, biking, shopping or sight-seeing you will find this condo a very welcoming and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Our family has lived in the Park City area for over 40 years so we are very good sources of information.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
During ski season a deposit equal to a 2 night stay is due upon confirmation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. There will be a full refund less the equivalent of the 2 night deposit, if cancellation is at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the commencement of your stay will forfeit the total rental payment. Contact owner regarding details of summer rental reservations and
cancellations.
