Located in the very popular “Southwest,” this lovely home is 9 minutes from the Vegas Strip and 10.3 miles from the airport. It's the perfect location to enjoy everything Southern Nevada has to offer. There's a lovely community park right across the street with a pleasant walking path. It's really a dog-walking park, and almost all my guests have had their puppy pals along for the visit! The closest Starbucks is 2 minutes away! You’re within walking distance of gourmet restaurants, upscale retail stores, salons, and every service you can think of.
We've appointed this home with every amenity possible to give the 5 star experience of a luxurious resort! If there's anything you need, just let us know and we'll do everything possible to make it happen.
The Master Bedroom has a King-size Pillow-Top bed with 660 thread count sheets, flat screen TV and DVD player.
There are three bedrooms, all on the second floor of this two-story home. There are a king, a queen, and two twins, plus four luxury air beds to sleep up to 10 people. We can reconfigure the sleeping arrangements to meet your needs.
The living room boasts a huge flat screen TV perfect for cuddling up and watching your favorite movie or listening to your favorite music. More than 300 Channels of cable television is available along with pay per view.
There’s a fully stocked kitchen for those who want to have all the conveniences of home. You’ll find every imaginable gadget! Coffee, teas, hot chocolate, and popcorn are provided free of charge. We've also provided all the spices you would need for cooking and a wine selection is available for purchase.
The outside patio has tables and chairs as well as a large gas barbecue grill for your convenience.
Most of the linens are a minimum of 600 thread count and all the towels are thick and luxurious! We will also set up personal catering for you, if this is something you would like to have in your home. Extra cleaning services are also available.
It's the perfect place to relax after a long day of touring The Strip or skiing at Mt Charleston!
We're a pet and kid friendly home so if you want to bring along your small family members, please feel free. The dog walking park across the street provides social time for your furry family member! Again, we've tried to think of it all and we have a crib and roll away beds available too!
You and your guests will feel like you've entered the home of a friend or family who put everything in place for you to enjoy your stay.
We've arranged for you to find everything you need from professional catering, personal shopping, or sight-seeing guides. Our guest book includes hundreds of opportunities for bargains on Vegas attractions!

The backyard has a nice gas barbecue and table with chairs, and will be landscaped in late spring of '09. It is completely enclosed by block wall and one wrought iron gate (for your furry four-legged family member).
We have lived in this area for many years and would be happy to assist you in planning your perfect trip. We are familiar with all of the local restaurants and provide a book of suggestions, menus and coupons for you to use. But please call us if you have any questions. Why the Owner Chose Other Las Vegas Properties
Vegas has been my home since 1967! What a wonderful community it has become! Everyone knows the Strip, casinos and shows, but now we enjoy the world's finest shopping, 5-star restaurants, art galleries, museums, symphonies, ballets, and natural outdoor attractions such as Red Rock, Valley of Fire, Lake Mead and Hoover Dam.
The Unique Benefits at this Home
I think people enjoy the mountain views over the rooftops, the dog park across the street, the closeness to every major arterial, great shopping and restaurants, and being 1 block away from the south end of Red Rock Canyon!
