Newly built two story home just off the highway to Mt. Bachelor in Bend, Oregon. Easy access to The Old Mill Shopping District as well as beautiful downtown Bend. The nearest grocery and outdoor stores (ski, kayak, canoe rentals as well as rafting trip outfitters) are only minutes away down Century Drive! The house is located a few blocks from the Deschutes River Trail, where one can walk for miles. This house is about as close as you can get to Mt. Bachelor and the Deschutes National Forest, while still being in town!
The master bedroom features its own bathroom, huge walk-in closet, and king sized bed as well as TV/DVD/VCR. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third features two twin beds, each bedroom with large walk-in closets. There is a twin-size pullout couch in the small fourth bedroom. In addition, the large bonus room upstairs has a queen-sized sofa sleeper and a twin-sized sofa sleeper.
The house has high speed WiFi and cable TV. The entertainment room upstairs is outfitted with a large TV/DVD/VCR, a massaging chair, and a large, plush wrap around couch. There is also a desk for working or studying. For your relaxing pleasure, there is a hot tub just off the patio dining area, located next to the sauna. The back yard is fully fenced - great for pets and children. There is a gas BBQ for the exterior gourmet cook. On the main floor you have a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, open to the dining area for family enjoyment. The kitchen is completely supplied with all the essential amenities, even an extensive spice rack and many pots, pans, and baking sheets. The double car garage has easy access to the home for security and weather protection. Should the summer get too hot, there is AC to cool the wilting traveler. We have the house 'green' cleaned - mindful of our environment.
This house has been constructed and outfitted with luxury, comfort, quiet, and relaxation in mind. We hope you enjoy it!

We fell in love with the energy of Bend. People are hjking, biking, kayaking, walking, skiing, and generally having a really good time. And so - this is where we are going to retire!
The Unique Benefits at this House
It is so relaxing - especially the hot tub. There is nothing like have a full day of biking or skiing and coming home to relax in the tub! We also go walking almost daily along the river trail... it is only 3 blocks away.
