This Beautiful Ocean Beach home sits high up on a hill seven blocks from the beach and provides wonderful views, great ocean breezes, all the creature comforts you could want and lots of privacy. The Panoramic view displays the OB Pier, Ocean Beach from dog beach to the Pier, La Jolla, Mission Beach, Mission Bay and Sea World (with nightly firework displays during summer months). On a very clear day you can even see San Clemente Island off in the distance.
The House has a large front and back yard surrounded by lots of plants and flowers. Uniquely the Master Bedroom with it's own full bath is detached from the main house with nothing but windows, ocean facing and spilling out onto the deck. This is a great property for two couples to join in and enjoy while maintaining very private living areas.
With the comfort of the home and so much to do just in OB you may never want to see the rest of San Diego's attractions that are just all within a five to ten minute drive from the house. Wonderfully furnished, exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable this house will add to your dilemma of getting everyone out to do the tourist things.
