  My husband and I spent 3 nights in early December and had a wonderful stay. Aurora is very friendly and accommodating. She responded very quickly to our request and was great about us arriving later than expected. The pictures accurately represent the condo. It was very nice and clean. I appreciated the numerous magazines. She also provided beach towels, a Frisbee, books and fun noodles for the pool. There aren't any pictures of the bathroom, but it's very nice - roomy shower and soft toilet paper. It was so nice to wake up in the morning, walk across the street to the bakery and spend the morning on the porch eating pastries. The beach isn't within walking distance, but a quick drive. Thanks Aurora for such a wonderful condo and great visit.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Rincon is my favorite city in Puerto Rico... I don't understand why people stay anywhere else. I am Puerto Rican but I have always lived in the states and don't speak fluent spanish... I come to Puerto Rico for the authentic experience not the tourist adventure.. Rincon has the best vibe (Its known for being a surfing town) it has a relaxed environment, its beautiful, and crash boat beach is a blast!!! Rincon is everything paradise should be. I stayed here for 7 days, and then 2 days in the city (Condado). I wish I stayed in Rincon @ the condo the whole 9 days! This condo was clean, had a nice bathroom, large kitchen/dining area. It was convenient (laundry one bldg. away) and a bakery and coffee shop across the street. Its a secured bldg. it has parking and a pool and my family and I were practically the only ones there. There are bars across the street if u prefer company. It's be a shame if you didn't go to Banana Dangs, its really good! The pictures are accurate.. and portray the property appropriately. I wish the condo had a stove, but that is the only issue I encountered. Navigating Puerto Rico is not easy GPS does not work, use a maps app and hopefully you have a copilot to tell you the directions.. Otherwise get a map even for Rincon... I would stay again... and again.. Had a blast. Thank you Aurora!!!!!

  Recently stayed there for a week with my girlfriend. my girlfriend and i thought the condo itself was beautiful! Located in the middle of everything! We had such a.great vacation that we are already gearing up for another one! Thank you so much aurora! I.will see you soon!

  I really enjoyed this place, especially the front porch and how the unit was decorated. Don't worry about beach chairs or a cooler for your beverages, they have it along with some other beach toys.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rincon. The apartment was modern, clearn, well-equipped, and spacious. There was a nice, clean pool right outside, a big flat screen tv and dvd player, and the apartment is in a great location. Aurora provided great directions and was very helpful during our stay. The only problem was that the grill didn't work, but aside from that the apartment was fantastic. If we ever go back to Rincon, we will definitely stay here again! Thanks Aurora!

  The property was exactly as described; clean, well-maintained, quiet and comfortable. The winding roads and directions can be a bit overwhelming but once you get the hang of it you realize just how convenient this location is to all the best beaches in Rincon. Aurora was very helpful in answering our questions about the area when we could get our phones to work to contact her. Don't plan on accessing the Internet via smart device from inside the condo and be sure to figure out how to make your final payment before you get there. We had a rough time with the paypal mobile app and it caused some stress! Technology challenges aside (and who needs to be that connected on vacation anyway?), we really enjoyed the unit and the area surrounding it. We recommend Marazul for renting boards, BananaDang for coffee and The Shipwreck for great food and cocktails!

Regarding final payment, our policy has always been to confirm the reservation with a deposit and the balance should be paid upon arrival.   My husband and I stayed at Poinciana for two weeks. This listing is true down to every detail and with great customer service. The extras, such as beach chairs, beach towels and cooler were excellent to have and of top quality. The pool was our favorite part of this rental. It was clean, well maintained and beautiful. Our only personal feedback would be that a queen bed and a small stove would have made our stay (2 wks) a little more comfortable. Being early risers and with our daily 4 mile power walks, it was delightful to be able to indulge in those healthy fruit smoothies directly across the street following our workouts. There are plenty of bakery shops, restaurants, and beaches, all within relatively short driving distance to select from. Our sincerest wishes to the owners for much success with this rental always!

  My husband and I stayed there for the Easter weekend and we had a great time. The apartment was great, very neat and had an excellent location. A bakery and a coffee-shop just across the street where you can have a delicious "Hot Banana Mocha" every morning or try any of the smoothies. The city center is just about 5 minutes driving and the beach 3 minutes. Great place to stay for couples. Ms. Aurora was very helpful and kind and she had several flyers for different activities and places around Rincón available in the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back.
