Skylight in living room offers lots of Colorado SUNSHINE and awesome views of the mountains and Fraser River.

Master Bedroom offers view of peaceful river stream with full bathroom. Second bedroom has twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper in living room.

Fully furnished Kitchen with NEW Corian countertops and integrated sink.

Wood Burning Fireplace, 2 TV's, 2 DVD players, Cable TV with over 60 channels, movies and more!


Recreation Center offers indoor swimming pool, 4 hot tubs, game room, lockers and showers

  • Condo was very clean, comfortable and well supplied. The view was spectacular, from the snow covered mountains and trees to the frozen steam below! Easily accessible to any major area. The owners provided very helpful information regarding the Winter Park area activities, retail centers and restaurants. We also enjoyed the club house games and activities and swim area. My family and I look forward to visiting again.

  • This is a gorgeous unit with really nice views of Fraser River. We like that it is close to the Rec Center, and to all the activities in Winter Park. The updated counters, furniture and decorating make this a lovely place to stay.
