  This property was perfect for our family and we wished we had brought another couple with us as there was ample room...this condo is HUGE! Nice proximity to all pools, beach and bar. We we able to enjoy the entire property and loved being on the first floor! Thank you for renting to us.

  I have stayed at the Royal Palms before but this was the first time in this unit. This unit was GREAT. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, and clean and nicely put together… and being on the first floor and not having to deal with elevators was also an added bonus!!! This was truly a GREAT family vacation and everything went great EXCEPT for my crazy Sister In-Law that was on the vacation. Chick was a great resource and very helpful in answering all of my questions in the preparation phase… and very responsive. Thank you! We will definitely be back… but next time without the Sister In-Law!!! (smile)

  Exceptional condo. Perfectly clean. Love the layout of the unit and we enjoyed being on lobby level - No elevators to wait on! Nothing bad to say about entire experience. Owners were easy to deal with. Can't go wrong renting this unit.

  Beautiful condo. Very roomy, lots of space. Love being on "lobby level" with no elevators to hassel with. The room is actually down at end of hallway which is AWAY from main lobby area, a huge plus. Only four condo's on hallway, very quiet and secluded. Condo very clean and well kept. Look forward to staying there again in the near future.

  All I can say is WOW!! We had such a great time staying in your condo. We had it all, right there at our fingertips. Your condo had everything a person could possibly need and more!!   My husband and I have stayed at Royale Palms for a number of years but have never chosen a lower floor because we thought it might be noisy and not have a good view. Wrong!. This condo is in an excellent location, has agreat view and is very sound proof. The balcony is perfect in the morning and evening too. Spotless and well equipped. We would definitely recommend this property

  --because this is as good as it gets. Spotless, tastefully furnished and located right out front where it truly is direct oceanfront. His pictures are accurate...maybe even on the conservative side. Just a beautiful condo, equipped with everything you could need. But the best part for us was the location. That lobby level location means less walking and more beach. Especially if you have little ones like we did. Our grandkids walked down the hallway, made a couple of quick rights and "Bingo"...they were there. Either the pools or the beach! No worries about the elevators and a blessed quick trip back to the room at the end of the day. I may be gushing, but facts are facts. Wonderful spot and an owner who is most accomodating. Maybe that is why he sells out so quickly.
