Located in a deed restricted community to maintain high end living standards, my home is newly renovated on a panoramic canal where dolphins and other marine life often cruise by.
The lanai encompasses a heated pool and a six person hot tub. There is also a new large gas grill, dining and entertainment areas.
The property is beautifully landscaped and is designed with privacy in mind. It is maintained along with the pool by private contractors. It is managed by my property manager who is very responsive to any client needs.
Some of the world's best fishing is nearby; as are popular beaches such as Englewood, Boca Grande, and numerous keys. Boat rentals and fishing charters are found at Fisherman's Village (five minutes by car). Across the bridge is Port Charlotte where you will find miles of shopping and restaurants.
