This modern townhouse (1300 square feet) of two floors is in the heart of Paris Latin Quarter ideally located between the Pantheon monument and the famous Rue Mouffetard market. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with semi independent areas, a separated dining room with bookshelves and bow windows; a home cinema area with cozy red sofas is separated by a bar from an fully equipped open kitchen.
The second floor hall with walled closets leads to three bedrooms and an office-room – which could be turned into a baby's room. Each bedroom has a staircase dividing it into a living area and a sleeping area. The house has one and a half bathrooms.
It is a warm and peaceful family Central Paris house with a view on trees. A traditional student neighborhood with important gardens (Jardin des Plantes, Arènes de Lutèce), a famous world class university (La Sorbonne), and the most Parisian popular outdoor market (rue Mouffetard).
