We LOVED this apartment which was in a great location, close to the metro, with several amazing restaurants just up the street. Close to the end of Rue Moufftard where there are MANY great restaurants. It's true that the stairs in the apartment were a challenge at first, but after walking all over Paris for 11 days, the stairs were no longer an issue! Don't let it stop you from staying in this great apartment. We were nervous about the significant security deposit, but we did receive it back in a very timely manner. Vincent was awesome, very responsive to emails, extremely helpful and professional. We highly recommend this apartment!

My family (2 kids -- 13 and 10; husband; my mom) and I stayed in this property and loved it. This was the second week of our trip; we took Eurostar from London. The property is exactly like the pictures and better. When we entered, we felt instantly at home. The property is decorated nicely and has most anything you need. We did not cook while were there, but drank plenty of wine! There are great restaurants around, and my kids particularly enjoyed the italian restaurant nearby, Le Comedie (I think that's right); they loved the pizza. The property is about a block and a half to Metro stop Censier/Daubenton (line 7); this line connects well with other lines taking you anywhere you want to go in Paris. Vincent was very helpful coordinating our rental. He was away on holiday during our stay, but we were well attended to in his absence. We look forward to getting back to Paris and staying here again.

The apartment is quiet, comfortable, and centrally located. There are four of us (parents and two teenagers) and the space is ideal, providing both privacy in separate bedrooms with sleeping lofts and great communal space downstairs. The piano was an unexpected delight. Our daily trip to the boulangerie around the corner started the morning perfectly, and we loved walking around the neighborhood in the evening after dinner in the apartment or out. Our children loved the quiet street but proximity to the metro and great places to explore. The apartment is modern but feels like you are in Paris. Vincent is fantastic - we really enjoyed meeting him, and he was helpful in answering all questions both before and during our visit. We highly recommend the apartment, and we hope to come back and rent it again someday soon!

We stayed here 10 days in July. Perfect location by Mouffetard, Jardin des Plantes, metro (on the same line as the Louvre if I recall correctly). An easy walk to Jardin de Luxembourg, Ile St. Louis, etc. The kids loved the loft bedrooms. Vincent was extremely helpful and available. The security deposit was returned promptly. We would gladly stay there again.

We stayed in this townhouse for the month of May and had a great experience. The manager, Vincent, was great to communicate with by email before we even arrived. And on arrival, he met us at the townhouse and showed us how to use everything in the townhouse. We appreciated this so much, being in a different country! The town house was perfect for our family of five. It was very roomy! Our three kids, aged 8, 11, and 13 loved the loft style bedrooms. They loved having a separate play area from their sleeping area. And we had everything we needed - a separate washer and dryer, refrigerator, oven, stove. We loved how light the townhouse was with all the windows. But we still had privacy, because of the plants in the windows. We also loved the location of the town house. It's a five minute walk from so much - metro station, yummy boulangeries (bakeries) and patisseries (pastry shops), as well as cafes, shops and a grocery store. We loved being able to get fresh baguettes and dessert every day! I'd highly recommend staying in this place! We loved our first stay in Paris, and I hope we get to come back soon!

Our family of five just returned from our first international trip and had an amazing time. The Leda townhouse was even better than the photos. It had more room upstairs than I anticipated and thus we were all very comfortable in our spacious retreat. The decor is modern and chic, yet very comfortable. The furniture was great to relax on after a long day of sight-seeing and the beds perfect for resting up for another round! Vincent was incredibly helpful with information about the flat and the neighborhood. We loved walking up Rue Mouffetard and Avenue des Gobelins. There are two playgrounds nearby for our little ones and anything else you could need, without the throngs of people you might find in other locations. I highly recommend Leda to anyone, but for families in particular!

On my family's 1st trip to Paris, we chose to stay at the Leda apartment. We could not have had better accomodations. We were terrified of not having air conditioning, but didn't realize how cool Paris gets at night. We opened the many windows in the rooms and living room and woke up very cold. We were extremely comfortable with no central air conditioning. The apartment is quite large and the separate rooms gave everyone privacy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, although I never could figure out how to use the oven. :-) My children loved that we each had our own desk area and the small office was the perfect spot for my laptop & it was its own private area. We traveled with our 2 children (11 & 14) and my mother. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably. The neighborhood has some wonderful restaurants (our favorite was La Comedia just around the corner---toward the Metro). Just a few blocks away was the street market, which was open 4 of our 6 days stay. There are fresh produce stands, a few meat markets, a divine pastry shop, etc. Paris was magnificent. Our only regrets were that we didn't plan our trip to stay longer and that we were so busy that we didn't ever use the rent-a-bikes that are located just up the stairs at the corner of Rue de la Clef. The Latin Quarter restauranteurs and people were very friendly with us and we don't speak French at all (although we tried to use our translation books sometimes). The bad rap that the french people get from Americans was so far from truth in our eyes. Vincent, Estelle, and the rest of the rental staff were so friendly and helpful, and easily accessible. We would definately stay at Leda again when we someday (hopefully soon) return to one of our favorite cities in the world. It was a dream vacation for me and my family.

Our grown family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights early July 2010. It is a very well appointed apartment, and the management were the most helpful we have dealt with when booking accommodation such as this in Europe. It is quiet, yet so close to many facilities, restaurants etc (including the metro).

My wife and I stayed in the apartment with our 3 teenage daughters and it was great. Vincent was very helpful with all logistics. The apartment is well-appointed and in a very convenient location. We were comfortable and happy to enjoy 4 days in Paris in early July. I would definitely recommend the space to a similar party -- the apartment does have lots of stairs (both to go upstairs and to get into lofts in each room where the beds are located) so if you have very small children, older folks or anyone who has mobility issues, it wouldn't be ideal. But if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient space with a friendly landlord/admin person, then it's great.

We had a lovely stay at this Latin Quarter flat. We were greeted by Vincent, the manager, who went over all electronics/ appliances. He carefully answered all questions we had regarding the area. The flat is conveniently located just minutes from the Censier Daubenton Metro stop. There were plenty of restaurants, a grocery, and an open air market close by. The flat was very comfortable, included wifi and unlimited free calls to the USA. Each of the 3 bedrooms had a skylight which could be opened to allow fresh air. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and clean. We would definitely stay here again the next time we travel to Paris.

We were thrilled with our stay here. The townhouse is located in an amazing location in the Fifth district, and the house really had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well set up, with lots of extras and plenty of everything. The living room /dining room is large and comfortable, and the WIFI throughout the house was an amazing plus for us. Also the VOIP phone line that allowed us to call internationally without incurring additional charges was great (this depends of course on where you are calling). The bedroom set up upstairs perfectly suited our needs and there were plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, etc. We used the washer/drier a couple of times, and although we did not eat full meals, we loved having a kitchen for breakfast and snacks and having a dishwasher was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for families. There is a supermarket nearby, of course a huge selection of amazing bakeries, and for the Americans who cannot do without, there is even a Starbucks five minutes away. We walked to lots of places, but also used the Metro, with a stop right around the corner, it was very easy.

This is a great apartment. Three separate bedrooms are very convenient although the stairs to the bedrooms are steep and narrow and not the best choice for young kids. The kitchen has all one would need to cook almost any meal. The washer and dryer are a bonus and also very convenient. It is on a quiet side street but still within easy walking distance to boulangeries, pattiseries, grocery store, many cafes and restaurants. Metro station is 3 minutes by foot. Overall, an excellent apt for 5 for 6 people.
