We feature an outdoor 12' by 25' heated swimming pool/spa, cabana bath and a large covered patio with ceiling fans and an outdoor TV. We are the perfect location for family vacations, reunions and group travel.
Hollywood Lakes is located on Royal Palm tree-lined Tyler Street in the Hollywood Twin Lakes "Northlake" and "Southlake" area. We are one block north of Hollywood Boulevard and 6 blocks from the beach and 6 blocks from Downtown Hollywood. Our prime location offers the best of Hollywood all within a walking distance of 10 to 15 minutes:
Hollywood Beach Boardwalk - Over two miles of car-free enjoyment. Bicyclists, runners, walkers and roller bladers set their own pace on this path which is bordered by six miles of Hollywood's famous coastline, boutique hotels, charming shops, cafés and places to eat facing the ocean. Hollywood Beach is a Wi-Fi Hotspot.
Historic Downtown - Characterized by quaint sidewalk cafés, brick lined walks and six blocks of unique boutiques, shops, art galleries and dozens of excellent restaurants along Hollywood Boulevard and Harrison Street, the pedestrian-friendly environment is the perfect place to enjoy South Florida.
Arts Park at Young Circle - is a revolutionary park that features 10 acres of lush green space, broad paved promenades for strolling or jogging, a children's play area with an interactive fountain, and a spectacular feature fountain.
Downtown Nightlife - if it's nightlife you crave, nobody does it better. Get a taste of South Florida's international music and culture that include live jazz, blues, rock, Latin and R&B.
In the home you can relax under the covered balcony watching TV outside while taking dips into the pool. Later at night enjoy the Jacuzzi and perhaps do a barbecue. The kids can watch the numerous videos provided or play one of the games provided. Perhaps they can shoot some hoops with the basketball court provided. A Dedicated PC w/Internet Access and a Wi-Fi hotspot to connect your Laptops is also provided.
The kitchen is equipped with service for 12 as well as all the pots, pans, cookware, and cookbooks necessary to create your own gourmet meal. We feature electric stoves, microwaves, ovens and include side by side refrigerators with filtered water and ice dispensers. Going a step further, we provide a coffee/espresso maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven and all necessary utensils to stock your kitchen. The dining room features seating for eight and the eat-in kitchen has seating for six.
The large master bedroom features a king size bed with a spacious sitting area and sliding glass patio access, a lighted ceiling fan, a mirrored dresser with two night stands, a private bath and a 20" TV. With a two person massage shower, this room can be your escape to luxury!
The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed, a dresser with two night stands, a lighted ceiling fan, OTA TV and a VCR player. Complete with direct access to bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Perfect for another couple.
The large 3rd bedroom features two twin size beds, a chest of drawers with two night stands and a lighted ceiling fan. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom for bedrooms 3 & 4.
The large 4th bedroom features one full size bed and one twin size bed, a chest of drawers and a lighted ceiling fan.
The 5th bedroom features one twin size bed and a computer work area.
The family room contains a leather couch and PLASMA HDTV. A Sony Playstation 2 w/Wireless Controllers & numerous games, DVDs and VCR movies are provided. The family room has direct access to the pool/patio area and is adjacent to the kitchen.
Outside you will find plenty of seating under the covered balcony, an outdoor TV, a charcoal barbecue grill, a heated pool and heated Jacuzzi surrounded by plush landscaping. There is an additional refrigerator also provided in the garage.
Free U.S. and Canada phone service is provided. High Speed Internet access is provided by the workstation on site and wireless access is available as well. The utility room contains a washer and dryer, an iron, ironing board and wash basin.
South Beach is located just a short 25 minute drive away!
** Optional Pool/Spa Heating is $35 a night, discounted rates are $185 a week and $550 a month. Spa is heated by Pool heater. Standard occupancy is 10. Each additional person up to 12 is $100.00 USD ea. **
