Recently remodeled water front cabin sits on a 1.5 acre lot with wide open views of Goat Island on Grand Lake. Convenient parking above a 3 slip boat dock, slips are 24 X 8. RV or large trailer parking is available on the property.
Cabin amenities include reclaimed redwood cabinetry in a full kitchen, with butcher block and granite counter tops. Both bathrooms have Jacuzzi tubs and an 80 gallon hot water tank for plenty of showering or both tubs operating. Hand-scraped hardwood floors and custom cabinetry throughout the entire home. There is a full size washer and dryer in the master suite. The cabin is clean and very comfortable.
The three bedrooms feature one king size wool bed in the master suite, a queen allergy-free, natural latex bed, and a standard queen. The house has a screened/enclosed sun room for additional blow-up beds if necessary.
Living area has a wood stove for those romantic fall and winter retreats. There is also a deck overlooking the lake with seating for six. Deer, fox, birds, raccoons and owls are frequently seen off the deck! I have identified over 50 species of birds at the cabin.
For the golfers the cabin is located only 1 mile from the Coves golf course. Cherokee Yacht club is 2 miles away and Arrowhead Yacht club is 6 miles away.
