Welcome to our vacation home. Available for monthly vacation rentals, this single-level patio home is located in the desirable McCormick Ranch neighborhood in the heart of Scottsdale (Camello Vista Community - major cross streets are Hayden Road and McCormick Parkway). Close to new Spring Training stadium and all that Scottsdale has to offer.
Home Description-
This lovely and quiet patio home is a single-level home with no units above or below and has vaulted ceilings throughout. This is a true Arizona retreat with all the amenities one could want when vacationing. Home is 1,300 sq. ft., open, light and bright. Imagine starting your day with breakfast on your own private patio, relaxing and watching the sunsets from the living area by the fireplace after a full day of gorgeous Arizona weather, and then lying down to a peaceful night's sleep on a King-sized cherry sleigh bed with quality linens.
Room by Room Details-
Living Room - Features leather couches, solid wood coffee and end tables, fireplace, 27" TV, DVD/VCR. Also there is a small computer desk and chair for your laptop computer time.
Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen (cooking utinsils provided, plates, serving dishes, toaster, coffee maker, full stove/oven, full fridge, microwave) has plenty of counter and cabinet space with pantry. Also features small 19" TV.
Dining Room - Separate dining room has solid wood dining table and matching chairs with seating for six.
Patio - Private outdoor patio features a four-seater iron dining set, gas grill, and faces west for viewing those gorgeous AZ sunsets.
Master Bedroom - Features a king-sized, cherry sleigh bed with Sealy mattress set and quality linens. There is also, a dresser with large mirror, comfy reading chair, two night stands, a seasonal walk-in closet and private bath with walk-in shower. Also 27" TV in master suite.
Second Bedroom - Has a queen-sized bed with dresser, nightstand, full closet and easy access to full guest bath (full tub w/ shower).
Laundry - Separate laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer and overhead cabinets for laundry essentials.
Garage - Home has two car garage just steps from front door. Small set of golf clubs come with rental and are stored in the garage. We also have some tennis rackets and stadium seats if you want to check out a spring training baseball game.
Finally, utilities included (local phone, electric, water) with free WiFi.
Community Details-
Located in the resort-style community of Camello Vista known for its lush green mature landscaping and great location. The community borders a golf course, has views of Camelback Mountain, steps from 30 miles of continuous walking/biking trails (the highly desirable Greenbelt area) and convenient to everything including the 101 Freeway. There are citrus trees all around the community so you can have fresh hand-picked fruit daily for your breakfast during peak season. Two pools in community which are heated year-round to a comfy temperature (heater only kicks on when outside temps are below mid-80s), and smaller pool is just steps from your back door. Larger pool is a bit further and has a hot tub. The community center is professionally managed and features BBQs for the residents, putting green next to main pool and club house (set of golf clubs are in the garage so you may enjoy putting green and local courses), a pool table, ping pong table, a small library is located in the club house for your reading pleasure - feel free to borrow some books to read during your stay, and there is a L.A. Fitness across the street from the community for your work out needs. Centrally located and close to everything - shopping, restaurants, freeway, golf courses, dining, entertainment and plenty of recreation and sightseeing options.

My family loves this home so much that we turned it into a vacation home and when it's not being enjoyed by our friends and family, then we share it with our rental clients.

Why the Owner Chose McCormick Ranch
The area is considered the resort area of Scottsdale. It's green, lush, gorgeous and best of all central to everything. Our home is close to so much and often hear people say they've stayed further north and want to be more central. This location in McCormick Ranch is wonderful and you feel like you're at a resort. Once people stay in the community of Camello Vista they return year after year. I love it and so do my clients, family and friends.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The community our home is situated in has two heated pools and a clubhouse. Also, we are steps away from the Greenbelt which is a 30 mile long walking/biking trail that goes from 90th/Shea down to Tempe and follows along golf courses and some of the prettiest scenery in Scottsdale. It's really something special and all just steps outside your door.
Also, we are surrounded by fabulous golf courses, great shopping and wonderful restaurants. It's such a great area. We simply love it and hope you will too.
