The Hololani Resort is a quiet condominium complex located directly on the ocean in Kahana; white-sand Kahana Beach runs the length of the property. This spacious condo of 1,050 square feet all on one level has been fully renovated in Fall 2009. It now offers porcelain ceramic tile floors; granite countertops; solid cherry wooden cabinets complete with accent lighting; stone & travertine showers and tub; premium appliances; three HDTVs; TEAC stereo system; and individual iPod decks in the bedrooms, among other luxuries.
The condominium is decorated with an elegant tropical flair, including new, comfortable furnishings sprinkled with dramatic antique Oriental pieces. The all-new amenities are high-end, as well, with a degree of attention to detail that provides for everything from Henckels cutlery to Farberware cookware to a coffee bean grinder and a salad spinner! Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, iron & ironing board, and all other anticipated needs are met in this property.
Two Master Suites offer plenty of room for up to six guests. Each bedroom has a queen-sized pillowtop bed (in addition, there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa situated in the Living Area). The First Master Suite is separated from the Living Area by wooden Pocket Doors, and includes a stone & travertine shower. The Second Master Suite includes a stone & travertine full bathtub/shower combination. Finished closet space is abundant, including plenty of hanging, shelving, and storage areas.
The property is centrally located between Kaanapali and Kapalua Resorts--all of Maui's most cherished activities are just minutes away. Shopping, along with dining are within walking distance. We had a real good time in Maui for ten days and the biggest part of it was our stay at the Hololani Resort unit B304. The unit was very clean with two balconies (great for our nightly sunset dinners), a granite kitchen with all the gadgets of home and comfortable beds. This unit is close to many beaches, great shopping and numerous restaurants. Finally, much THANKS to Quam management for doing such a great job and if we can we will be back! Highly recommended!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family had a fantastic time in paradise, during the last week in June. The condo was clean, with everything in like new condition. Beds were like home. It had everything we needed. Spent every morning with a stroll along the pristine beach then enjoyed breakfast on the lanai basking in the ocean views. Located in close distance to incredible snorkeling and boogy boarding beaches. Early evening we watched the sunset while sipping mai tais. A world class restaurant Roys was a two minute walk. Many nights we BBQ'd by the pool and had dinner on the lanai. Snorkeling right from the property we swam with turtles. It was the best place I have ever stayed in nine trips to the Islands. Everything you want (kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling, boogy boards, etc) we rented across the street at Boss Frogs.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just returned from a 2 week stay, and already want to go back. This condo was perfect for us. We traveled with another couple this trip and found it comfortable, quiet, and with enough space for time together as well as times apart . We cooked many meals in the condo so the grills near the pool worked well for us. Everything you need is convenient; beaches, resturants, shopping, are within walking or short driving distances. We have stayed at many different condos in Maui over the years, but this one is , by far, the BEST! And, in during the winter and early spring, you can't beat the whale watching experiences right from your lanais (2 of them) ,living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Also lots of Sea Turtles just below and as you walk along the beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was our second time staying at the Hololani. This unit is great because it has two ocean view lanais. It was great separaion of space for us and our children. The unit was updated and clean. We look forward to returning and would certainly reccomend it to others.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Very nice accomodations, tastefully appointed, plenty of linens and beach towels, as well as nice extras like a cooler and beach chairs. Also the kitche was very well stocked for cooking in the unit and eating at home. Would highly recommend.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was our first time to Maui, Wow what a great Place to stay. The Condo is all what it says it is and then more.. Its right on the beach with the very best views of the ocean. The condo is very well decorated with great taste. We used it for two couples and it was the best. The two bedroom and the two bath are great. Its like having your own condo.. The kitchen is very nice well stocked with all the pots and pans that you would ever need. The only thing I did not like is that we could not stay longer..I cant wait to come back and enjoy this place again..Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
