Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. Perfect for a family or 2 couples. Wood burning fireplace, cathedral ceiling, hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen all done in a mountain style. The Deck and master Bed face Triple Creek only 10 feet away! Water, Cable TV, snow plowing, and yard service provided at no cost. Utilities (Electric & Propane) and phone service will be the responsibility of the renter. The electric will be billed as used. The propane tank will be topped off the 1st day & last day and the provider will estimate useage. A $145 / month payment will be made to the owner during the 6 month period which should account for most of the final bill.
This rental requires a 6 month commitment and a $1200 deposite.
