Large 4bedroom plus house with 2 full baths , located on a small, quiet street with a huge back yard and back yard deck. Great for relaxing inside in inclement weather or, on our great days on Aquidneck Island, outside, enjoying the ocean air and a hot grill. This home is just 5 minutes from 3 beaches and a nice walk to Newport Center (about 25 minutes).Although not a "beach house" it lends itself well to gatherings of families for reunions, showers, weddings, or visiting friends and relatives and is within 10 minutes or less of most venues in Newport.
I am most happy to accommodate our Military Families or geo-bachelors when requested. We are all greatful for thier service.

My family stayed in this lovely home this past October. We were visiting for my sons graduation from the Naval officers training school. This home was perfectly located, only 1 mile from the base, and about 2 miles from downtown Newport. It is situated in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The home is well appointed. We cooked several meals there and even used the BBQ on the back deck. My son joined us and was grateful for a nice comfy bed and a home cooked meal. Carolyn Studer, the owner, was so nice. She stopped by to see if everything was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this home, we enjoyed our stay here and would return in a minute should our journeys take us to Rhode Island again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.
