This a unique property located on the 'best' snorkel and surf spot on the Big Island. Walk across the street and the world awaits. We purchased this condominium because of it's location . in our opinion, it is the best on the Big Island. It is our home away from home and we have decided to share it with other discerning travelers. It has all the conveniences that you will need for an amazing vacation. The kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and new appliances. We love to cook and the kitchen lends itself to great meals. There is a huge flat screen television which is perfect and fun for watching surf movies or just catching up on the news or latest sporting event.
In addition to the surfing (great beginner's break as well as a more advanced break beyond) and snorkeling, biking, tennis, golf are within a minute's walk or simply just relax by the infinity pool or on the picturesque lanai. There are two bedrooms. The master has a king bed and attached bathroom with large glass walled walk in shower. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and bathroom across the hall with additional glass walled walk in shower.
Shopping center is within 1/2 mile with restaurants, movie theaters, fabulous grocery store (think fresh fish and choice grass fed beef plus wonderful local produce), and weekly farmers market.

PS This unit is one of only 9 units in the building. there are 3 floors with 3 units on each floor. Ours is on the ground floor of the "elevator-less" complex. It is very convenient for loading and unloading suitcases, groceries, surfboards, beach toys, bicycles etc..
