Excellent Condo, Excellent Owner and Excellent Location!!

I stayed here for 8 nights in late February, early March 2012 and had an incredible time!! The Architects Condo on Eagle River was just what I was looking for and more! The area is really nice and scenic (Especially the deck to the Condo is just 25 feet from the river)! It was very comfortable, spacious and the location is just unreal! In addition, the owner (and his neighbors) are very helpful and nice. He keeps the place modern and well stocked with many ammenities! There is a riverwalk plaza that is less than 2 mins away with plenty of stores, resteraunts, food market, etc... The greatest part for my group was the proximity to Beaver Creek and Vail. Beaver Creek is only 3-8 mins away depending on where you park and Vail is only 15 mins away. This was especially nice when we got hit with some nice snowfall and only had to drive a few miles to get to either Beaver or Vail! AND, the price was very reasonable when compared to staying on the mountain resorts! I would recomend the Architect Condo to all especially if you like having options other than pricey food and lodging the resorts provide! I will definitely be back at some point in the future!

We stayed for a month in Jan/Feb at this great location. We have stayed in several VRBO homes and this was the most well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and spices. Appliances were high end and the new Samsung washer and dryer were great. A unique keyless entry system was really convenient. There was plenty of parking for guests even on weekends. The unit is connected to the miles long Eagle to Vail hiking/biking trail. A footbridge connects to Riverwalk with great restaurants and shopping. The high speed wireless made working from the condo very easy. Andrew was very responsive to any questions and gave good insider info. We will definitely return!

Amazing Mountain Accomodation

My family and I had a wonderful time ringing in the New Year in Edwards, CO at this amazing condo. It is like your home away from home. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We loved the fireplace! The owner conveniently has stocked wood available on the deck for your use. It is in walking distance of many shops, a theater, and excellent restaurants. One of our favorite places in town was the Crazy Mountain Brewery. It is definitly a place to check out in Edwards. The condo is close to the ski/snowboarding areas and the famous Hot Springs. We will definitely be back! The owner is very accomodating and helpful. We were so happy to have chosen this condo for our holiday family adventure in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.

Great Getaway!

We had a great time at this condo. The view of the river is perfect, the condo is spotless. The neighbors are really friendly. Parking is easy. Very close proximity to the park, running path, restaurants and soccer field/baseball diamond. My kids were in heaven riding their bikes and exploring. We will definitely be back!

A Perfect Location in the Rockies

My wife and I stayed here from March 11 -20, 2011. We couldn't have been more pleased. From the outset I was impressed by the owner's attentiveness to our many questions; always emailing or texting back within minutes. Andrew's condo is delightful and a welcome change from the typical hotel accommodation. The home is set in a modern building 10 minutes walk from Edwards, CO. Once we walked into the condo we were impressed with its architectural and interior design. The vaulted ceilings, sunshine, and tasteful furnishings combined to make us feel that we had chosen well. Andrew's interior design expertise was apparent throughout. We enjoyed a week of skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail, walking to the local brewery for their $1 beer night on Tuesday, hiking on the river path outside the condo, and swimming in the largest outdoor hot springs pool we have ever seen at Glenwood Springs. We were delighted with our stay and will be returning next Spring. Thank you , Andrew.

Great 3 Br/3 Ba Condo

Stayed here for week long ski trip in Feb. 2011. Location is great for everything! Arrowhead is right around the corner from the entrance to the complex. Beaver Creek Village just a little further down the road. Vail is about 15 miles down the interstate. For dining and shopping, The Riverwalk is just around the other corner. The condo is great! Clean, high ceilings, 3 bathrooms, wood burning fireplace. Eagle River is right outside the balcony. Andrew is very helpful in answering any questions, and making sure you have a great stay. I will stay here again.

My friends and I were in Edwards to celebrate another friend's wedding, and we loved having the space to spread out and relax in such a scenic location. Plus, having three bathrooms for 5 women was a definite bonus. The kitchen is well-appointed, the sleeping arrangements worked out great, and we loved that the condo is walking distance to the Riverwalk area. Andrew was extremely helpful as we planned our trip and provided some local recommendations for dining (including a good location to take the bride for lunch). He was very accommodating and friendly to work with, and his place is fantastic!

Andrew - Wonderful place and you've done such a nice job thinking of everything one might need for an enjoyable stay in the Edwards, CO area, any time of year. Perfectly serene location with the sound of the river just outside the balcony yet in just a few minutes one can find all the amenities one would want - great outdoor activities, wonderful dining, shopping, and more. Bring a bike or your walking shoes because the property and the entire Edwards/Avon, CO area is connected by a wonderful network of trails just outside the front door. Feel like cooking at home? No worries since the kitchen is well equipped for any level chef. And when bed calls prepare yourself for comfort. One truly feels taken care of when here - as in a good friends home. We had a great time in Edwards. It was close to all the activities but away from the crowds. We loved being able to walk to The Riverwalk community. Their movie theater is a really fun old school type. Andrew was fabulous to work with and responded quickly and thoroughly. The condo was everything we had hoped it would be. It was clean and nicely maintained, but not so pristine that we worried about our four boys making themselves at home. We would love to come back!

The condo met all our expectations from the listing. The owner was most helpful in accommodating our arrival and responsive to our questions. We found the property to be comfortable, well organized, well cared for, and provisioned thoughtfully with cleaning supplies, condiments, games, and items we may not have thought to bring. It was like staying at a friend's home. The proximity to the river and River Walk area is a definite asset. We recommend this property.

Hi Andrew, We had a great time in your condo. My husband was able to fish, and he actually caught 6 or 7 fish during our stay. My son was happy to go and play in the pool. "This delightful condo was perfect for our 2010 ski getaway: it is less than a half-mile from the Arrowhead lift which gave us access to the world-class Beaver Creek ski complex. Parking at the condo is plentiful and the drop-off at Arrowhead's parking area couldn't be more convenient. The condo itself is spacious, clean and well-appointed. The wood-burning fireplace kept us cozy evenings and the sunny outdoor patio was perfect for mid-day snacks with the river and mountain so close you can almost touch them. Vail, Beaver Creek and many other resorts are within close driving distance for dining and shopping, but there's a very nice upscale commerce center within a mile in Edwards that had everything we needed. Great value and the owner couldn't be more pleasant and accomodating."

Thanks for the great stay! Even though we live close to the mountains the best part was not having to fight traffic for a weekend of awesome snow. Fireplace and views were amazing. We'll definitely come back.

This 3 bedroom condo was very comfortable during our week stay. What was really nice was the fact that there were 3 full baths for each of the bedrooms. The best part was driving to either Beaver Creek or Vail was not that much of a big deal; especially for the savings.
