This property has spectacular unobstructed views of Nacasola Bay, the bay just north of SJDS and is very close to the best beaches. Set in a quiet spot 5 minutes from San Juan del Sur the house offers a peaceful sense of retreat, as well as the convenience of the town. The design of the house is open and oriented toward the ocean view. The great-room is an open concept space that flows into the pool area.
The upstairs suites have private balconies overlooking the bay, large baths and comfortable sitting areas. The two-bedroom suite on the first floor shares a large bath and opens onto the views from the great room.
All of the furniture is beautiful and handmade by local craftsman.
SJDS has great restaurants, beach front bars and lots of real Latin culture.
