We had a very nice time staying in the Coral Springs condo. Our daughter, her husband and their three children shared the condo with us plus our other daughter and her little boy. We all fit very comfortably and loved the rooms. The beds are so nice and we all commented on how well we slept. The kitchen is completely outfitted with every convenience. We all loved sitting around the table, playing games and just enjoying a relaxing time. The furnishings are new, very comfortable and the decor is very nice. The location of the condo is close to shopping and restaurants and we loved the pool. We had a great visit!

This property is so beautiful and stocked with everything you need to make your vacation wonderful! The pool and workout area are fabulous!! It is in a very quiet location and it is only a few miles down the road from everything in St George. It was really hard to leave this property and had us wishing it was our own! We will def. want to stay there again when we come back to St george!!

We love the St. George area. There is so much to do and see there. It is a great place for a couple getaway or for a family retreat. We decided to buy a place there and share it with others.

We love where our condo is located. It is quiet, not very many people know about it yet. So you usually have the place to yourself. It also is close to everything. Within minutes you can be shopping, dining, movies or to the state or national parks.

Our stay at this wonderful three bedroom condo was simply delightful in every respect: quiet, beautiful and just what we needed for our family vacation. It was a home away from home! The fully stocked kitchen meant we could prepare our meals and snacks to take with us for the day’s adventure to the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, or on our fantastic ATV adventure in the desert. This condo is a short drive from Las Vegas and only ten minutes to shopping for groceries or that perfect camera to capture the scenic view from the porch. I loved every minute we spent here…and for what we would have spent on a hotel, we had not only a kitchen, but living space and bedrooms – and a washer and dryer –so we didn’t need to pack so much! I definitely recommend that you stay here!

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the facility! We had a wonderful time and appreciated how well kept the condo was. We did our best to maintain that same status. I will spread the word about it here in NB Texas!! Southern Utah is an amazing place and the memories our family made there will carry on. We were pleased with the location and how easy it was to reach everything on our to do list. The hot tub was also a nice retreat after the long days of hiking. Kuddos to the house keeping staff because the condo was super clean when we arrived!! Thank you again The Tucker Family

The condo was better than we could have imagined. Everything was perfect, location, aminities, cleanliness, space and comfort. Karla was really great about setting up the arrangements and always getting back with me. She was flexible and always gracious. This is a very nice condo and we had a great time while staying there! It was very quiet, comfortable and gorgeous!! It would have been nice to be closer to stores, but that didn't bother us since we didn't need them too much! It was very convientent to I-15 and Zions!

Our family of 6 stayed in this beautiful condo for our Spring Break. The condo is very modern and spacious. We loved the porch with the gas fireplace. Our boys enjoyed using the condo's rackets and balls on the tennis courts that the condo overlooks. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. The best part of this condo is the location. It is on the north side of St. George, close enough to restaurants and shopping but far enough away from downtown to feel more secluded. It is on the way to Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks. We would also recommend any visitor to go to Snow Canyon and rent ATV's. Thanks to the owner for all of her help before and during our visit. We had a wonderful time and have recommended this location to friends and family!

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing three days at this brand new town home. With only about a week's notice, the homeowner was extremely accommodating in offering some of their properties to us. There were plenty of amenities that you would find at home, from cooking ware/utensils, wine/bottle openers, to trash bags, paper towels, saran wrap/foil, and even laundry detergent. Those small things go a long way when you need them. The owner communicated all the info we needed about the condo in an extremely timely fashion and forwarded numerous ways to contact them should there be a problem. The big things - beautiful kitchen, living room and master suite. Every detail of the decor was very well designed. The wi-fi availability is always a plus - had no problem at all with the signal. The clubhouse / pool was beautiful as well. We took advantage of both each day. The icing on the cake was the fact that this complex is extremely quiet. We happened to be the only vehicle parked in our building's garage, and the pool was enjoyed by just the two of us the majority of the time. We felt completely relaxed at this town home and would love to experience it again in the future with friends or even just the two of us. Thanks again!

Stayed here from 8/4 to 8/8 in 2010. This condo is great! We stayed there with my family of 5 plus my wife's parents. Plenty of room for all. Great view from the deck of the mountains and nice to sit out at night and in the morning. My kids loved the pool. Also, very close to Sand Hallow State Park and a short distance to Zion.
