This modern home is beautifully finished with terazzo 18" tile floors except the bedrooms have new plush pile carpet. The floor plan and high ceilings provide an open feeling for the art, attractive decor and excellent quality furnishings. All of the rooms in the back of the house have views of the pool and the large jacuzzi is just off of the master bedroom. The backyard is private but there is a peekaboo view of San Jacinto Mountain. Gormet coffees, teas and condiments are provided complimentary. An honor bar can be provided if all guests are minimum 21 years of age. Full concierge' services are available at reasonable charges if desired.
Mission Lakes Country Club is semi-private with a beautiful restaurant and lounge, snack bar, huge pool and two jacuzzis, tennis courts which are virtually free to homeowners and their guests except golf fees. Golf fees are reasonable at $45 to $65, depending on season, day and tee time, including cart. It is nestled in the foothills of the Little San Bernardino Mountains just southwest of Joshua Tree National Park overlooking the Coachella Valley across the floor of the desert south toward the Bob Hope Mansion with incredibly clear views of the valley to the south and southeast in the day and city lights of Palm Springs and the valley at night.
