This charming one bedroom apartment is standing in the very heart of Amsterdam and its shopping, entertainment, and cultural areas, a step away from central station, the Dam square and the Royal palace. The apartment is situated on the fifth floor of an 18th century monumental canal house overseeing on one of the oldest parts of Amsterdam. (elevators present) The apartment has its own balcony and also accommodates a spacious (shared) roof terrace.

The apartment is 60 square meters surface, divided in a living area, bedroom, hallway and a bathroom including a bathtub. The living area is furnished with a relaxing sofa, dining table a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony. The separate spacious bedroom is split-level, where the double bed is situated on a higher cozy loft area. Everything is clean and comfortable and decorated style fully. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 persons. We would love to welcome you!
