Pack the car and the beach gear and come stay in the cutest OCEANFRONT half duplex on the island! Our house is decorated for the perfect family vacation ever! It has 4 bedrooms and 2 full size baths. 3 bedrooms that are upstairs all have queen size beds. 2 of the bedrooms upstairs are oceanfront and have a shared full size private deck with stairs that lead to the downstairs deck. The third bedroom upstairs is oceanview. Bedroom number 4 is downstairs with oceanviews and has 2 full size beds. There is a full kitchen with all appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) We even have a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer for you. We have totally updated this house as of July 2005 and every year we are adding more new things.
You can stay right on the ocean so you don't have to drag your beach gear all over the place or look for public beach access. In fact, you can sit on the deck drinking your preferred beverage and watch everyone else dragging their beach gear all over the place wishing they were staying oceanfront.
Grab your bathing suits and go for a swim, build a sand castle, enjoy water skiing, parasailing, windsurfing, jet skiing or just fly a kite. You will have the best time at Emerald Isle staying oceanfront. There is a water park you can go to or maybe you want to go ride the golf karts and play putt- putt .. you can do all of this. You can even rent bikes, play basketball, tennis or if your like me go shopping.... Lot's of restaurants and lots of neat stores. You can just relax on the beach. Get up in the morning and sip coffee on the deck and look for the dolphin that swim by or the pelicans in the water. You may even see the fish flying. Seriously, the dolphin swim by a few times a day right in front of the house. It is awesome!!!
This is rented Saturday to Saturday prime time but willing to rent at a discounted monthly rate off season or will rent by the night off season with a 3 night minimum requirement. There is absolutely no smoking but we are pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00. We do not provide linens but linens can be rented on the island. We just want to thank everyone for making this rental season a huge success again. Anyone who books for the 2010 year before October 31, 2009 will get to rent at the 2009 prices.
Emerald isle is a great place to rent all season and not just the summer. Some of our best times have been off season. It is not over commercialized like other beaches yet there is just the perfect amount of things to do if you get bored.

Year Purchased: 2005
We have 4 children, a couple dogs, a cat and even a Rabbit. We love coming to Emerald Isle because it is just a great family atmosphere. The girls get to take a trip to do their favorite thing "Shopping" and the boys get to go fishing. Isn't life grand! We have been blessed with our home's renting out often. This is a picture of my 4 children with their great-Grandfather. My children help me rescue animals in need and find them good homes. We like to rescue at least 30 per year. My husband owns his own insurance agency. He thinks I should work everyday but what does he know.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Isle
We chose to purchase this house after we stayed 2nd row a couple of times and hated dragging our beach gear all over. When this house became available we loved it as soon as we saw the inside of it. Once we stayed oceanfront we were sold. We purchased our second oceanfront home on Emerald isle the next year just 5 streets down. Emerald isle is just the perfect place to be all year round. I love going off season as well as prime time.
The Unique Benefits of this
I love to sit on the deck in the morning while everyone is sleeping and watch the dolphin swim by. The kids love to catch the waves and I love to sit on the deck and watch them have fun. I also like the fact that all I have to do is walk down the deck and I'm on the beach. When one of the kids have to go... we are only a few steps away from the house. My kids and I love to play basketball. We go to the park and we are able to play full court. The park also has a nice playground and tennis courts. My other favorite thing is riding go-carts. They have a place where you can go all day and pay one price and it includes putt-putt as while as a water ride.
