This Lovely 2 Bedroom + Sofa Bed, 2 Bath Unit is on the second Floor of Surfside Resort just east of Destin. This East Side Unit has a large Balcony overlooking the Heated Pool, the Baby Pool and the Hot Tubs and the Beautiful Gulf.
RICK'S CRAB TRAP ON FIRST FLOOR, TIKI HUT ON POOL DECK, PAVILION BAR BEACH SIDE, FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, MOVIE RENTALS, 2 BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA ARE INCLUDED (SEASONAL).
High Ceilings, mirrored walls, tile floors and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in each room create a spacious feeling in this 1150 Square foot condo. The Balcony is furnished with a raised chaise, 4 chairs, table and 2 tall chairs for people and Gulf watching.
The Living Area has New Queen Sofa Bed, New Swivel Chair, Lounge Chair and Entertainment Center w/ TV, DVD, & Stereo
The Dining Area has mirrored walls and a large round table for dining or games.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with glass topped range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, all dishes, cookware, utensils and small appliances, toaster & toaster oven. Also a table and bar for eating in the kitchen with a great view of the Gulf.
All linens are furnished except Beach Towels.
The Master Bath is equipped with Comfort Level Commode and handicap bars. The Shower also has handicap bars and a hand held shower. Also, a washer & dryer. Both baths have hair dryers.
Sleeping arrangements include a large master bedroom with King Size bed and walk in closet. The second bedroom is on the other side of the living area and has 2 Double beds and separate entrance.
Each Bedroom has a TV and DVD.

Surfside offers a heated pool and the beach, two hot tubs, dry sauna and a kiddie pool. There is also a picnic area with charcoal grills and another picnic area on the tower over looking the beach. For exercise we offer a fine workout room, two tennis courts, and a basketball court. Grocery stores, Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall and restaurants are within a mile. Shops of Sandestin, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard are nearby. Also, a new Destin Hospital within 2 miles.
Surfside is an upscale building and is unique in Destin featuring concrete and steel construction, unusual angled floor plans and carpeted interior hallways. The Public Areas have recently been renovated and our beach has been replenished. Covered parking is available. Although across Scenic Gulf Drive from the beach, a skywalk is available with picnic tables. This is also a special place to watch the beautiful sunset over the Gulf.

Why the Owner Chose Surfside
We chose this location because of the beautiful view of both the beach and pool area. We are close to grocery stores, Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Being across Scenic Gulf Drive from the beach is less expensive yet we have the sky walk which gives us direct access to the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Restaurant, Spa & Salon on the First floor, & Tiki Bar on the Pool Deck. Walk to grocery stores and other resturants. Golf Seascape next door. You actually could enjoy your stay here without a car.
