  This is a lovely beachside home in the quiet Valencia Beach area. Great for large families with four seperate bedrooms and baths . The home is clean and spacious with all of the amenities of home. The furniture is comfortable and is well suited for a beach home. Most importantly the beach is just a few steps away and the pool is adjacent to the home. The owner is very responsive and lives just minutes away from the home. We have stayed here forour or five times and I would highly recommend it.

  This is the 2nd year we have had the whole family at Double Paradise. It is very nice, clean, spacious and has everything we need to enjoy our vacation at the beach. Love having the beach to enjoy as well as the pool adjacent to the house. What a wonderful experience. Whenever we had a special request, the management lady was right there and very accommodating and gracious. We intend to make it our "beach vacation home" for our annual family beach trip.

  This place was so amazing, What a pleasant surprise to arrive and see such an updated, clean and spacious open unit. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on staying here again next year. It is so nice to be on the beach next to the pool. This was the most convenient of all our stays. Thank you for making our family vacation spectacular!!!

  This will be the 5th year we will be renting this wonderful beach house! We rent both floors and we bring a large group from our church. Everything is so clean when we arrive and the beach house is so spacious even with the amount of people we bring. We love having the option of hanging out on the beach or swimming in the pool located right next to the house. The porch area is spacious - it faces the beach and has plenty patio furniture. The owner is so helpful with anything that we need and is very friendly. We love how clean the whole house is when we arrive. We would highly recommend this beach house to any large group or family wanting to get away!

  My family stayed here for a week on the top floor and were horrified at the cheap and sparse furnishings. The kitchen is not well-stocked at all. Make sure you document everything upon arrival. In the front bedroom there was a hole in the wall and it was apparent it was in the process of being patched (putty had already been applied - awaiting sanding and paint touch-up). We checked out on Saturday and by Monday my security deposit had been cashed. After several voicemails the owner finally emailed me and said we caused the hole. When asked why she did not call me to discuss she told me it was because she had been burned a lot in the past with people canceling security deposits. This was in direct contradiction to what she told me in a conversation when I reserved the room. She told me she had never had to use a security deposit. We did not make the hole and thus I did not back down. The owner would not communicate with me. The one conversation we had she told me it would be 3-4 weeks before she could look into having it fixed (meaning my security deposit was gone). She would not answer my calls. Figuring she had my number saved, I called her and of course she did not answer. My sister immediately called from her cell phone and the owner answered. After about a very frustrating month I finally received my security deposit back. I would recommend the owner invest in better furnishing to justify her rates. It is very convenient to the beach and pool. Literally steps away. The space is absolutely huge. Plenty of room.

  Owner response: Our Double Paradise property has a six year history of highly satisfied renters. Many renters are repeat customers. A potential renter can examine current pictures of bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and large decks overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Every effort is made to maintain cleanliness; replace furniture when needed; to furnish all cooking utensils and dishes; and respond to requests for special needs.   I have brought 4-8 members from our private club in the midwest to Double Paradise for golf in early November during each of the past five years. The rental property is beautiful, clean and has everything we need to make our stay enjoyable. Our playing rota includes The Hombre GC, Bay Point Nicklaus GC, Shark's Tooth GC, Camp Creek GC and Regatta Bay GC, all championship venues. I highly recommend lodging on the beach at Double Paradise and playing the challenging championship golf courses nearby.
