Welcome to Suncreek, a roomy and bright two-bedroom condominium for up to six guests. Suncreek offers beautiful mountain views and is located in the heart of Park City near highly-rated restaurants, supermarkets, stores and other amenities and less than a 10-minute drive to Park City Mountain Resort.
Suncreek’s open floor plan provides plenty of space for guests in the living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room includes a wood-burning fireplace, TV and DVD player and comfortable overstuffed furniture for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The dining area, adjacent to the living room, comfortably seats six guests.
The fully-stocked, bright and cheery kitchen, open to the dining area, includes stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, cooking and dining ware.
The master bedroom welcomes travelers home at the end of the day with cheery furnishings and linens. The bedroom includes a comfortable king-sized bed, TV, large windows and glass door that leads out to a private balcony with beautiful mountain views. The full master bathroom includes tub, shower, large vanity and sink.
The guest bedroom is family friendly with bunk beds that include a double-sized bed on bottom and twin-sized bed on top as well as plenty of closet space.
A second full guest bathroom adds convenience and comfort with tub and shower, vanity and toilet.
The common area, located in an outside courtyard, includes a large hot tub. Adjacent to the condominium complex is the Union Pacific Rail Trail – a beautiful mountain trail for hiking in the summer or cross-country skiing in the winter.

My family spent the President's weekend at this Suncreek condo and were treated to a well appointed and maintained condo with close proximity to downtown Park City and the resorts. The condo had everything needed to make you feel at home. It was also nice to have covered parking since it snowed over 1 foot on several days. Even the outdoor hot tub had a roof over it which was a nice touch for privacy sake. The owner was very easy to work with which will make this unit our "first call" when we revisit PC.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We had a great time, the condo was wonderful and had everthing we needed for our five day stay. The location was great, bus system easy access, food close. Condo is very comfy and has a great view from the bedrooms. We would certainly go back and use the same condo! I would recomend this property to others and you can not beat the price.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Had a great vacation and highly recomend this property. Comfortable accommodation and extremely convenient to ski slopes. Location also close to stores. Three great ski areas within about three miles and easy access.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
