Minutes from Walt Disney World and many other famous area attractions, our luxurious and spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home has just recently been updated and renovated (April 2008) with new carpets, tile flooring, linens, bedding and more - all ready to make your vacation truly memorable! We strive to make our guests feel at home with exceptional customer service and quality accomodations.
We offer two master bedrooms with private bathrooms and private entrance/exit to the pool and lanai area. We have three other distinctively decorated bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms - two of which are themed - a Mickey Mouse and friends themed bedroom with adjacent Mickey themed bathroom and a Princess themed bedroom which shares the Mickey bathroom as well!
For the times you feel like cooking, our full size kitchen and eat in area can accommodate your family with ease. We also have a separate dining area that can seat up to 6 more people as well. For the times you want to relax at home, our private heated pool and Jacuzzi spa is the perfect solution. There are 3 entrance/ exits to the pool/lanai area, each with a safety alarm to each door. There is also a separate gaming/computer room where we offer Playstation 2 and the Nintendo Wii gaming system. We also offer a full service computer and printer with FREE Internet access. Our over-sized family room is complimented by our 2 fine Italian leather sofas and wide screen HDTV for your entertainment enjoyment.
When you vacation at our home, you can enjoy FREE LONG DISTANCE phone calls (within the U.S.) and FREE INTERNET. Our home also features an alarm system monitored by ADT that is available for your use when you stay. Our home is the perfect setting to make any vacation relaxing and enjoyable - we have enough rooms and space for your entire family and then some!

Our home is located in Indian Creek - a wonderful development that feels like home. Our home is conveniently located to everything -shopping, dining, food markets, attractions - all within a few minutes drive - and with the shortcut to Disney - we can be at Animal Kingdom within 5 minutes!! We think it is the best!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our family loves to use the pool - no matter how hot or cold it happens to be outside - there always manages to be time for a dip in the pool and hot tub! The layout of our home is also great in that the common areas provide a great opportunity for families to catch up on the day and yet, there is enough space within the home that everyone has a place to go by themselves when that alone time is needed!! Great for family trips that include extended families! We also love having the computer at the house - the kids love logging on to their favorite sites.

A guest commented about their stay in Feb. 2009 - We had a great time in Florida - a few highlights for us were: The Princess Bedroom: A surprise and absolutely a big hit for our almost 3-year old, who actually asked while we were at Disney if she could "go back and play in her princess room" and cried when she got home that the princess room was gone. Immaculate and lots of info: The house was immaculate when we got there, and the information cards with instructions (sounds silly, but it REALLY helps to have a sign under a light that says "kitchen light") were great. The notebook provided with info was great, too. Size: This was perfect for us. Each bedroom was great, and we used each one and still could have slept 2 or 3 more people easily. As above, the princess room AND the Mickey room were fun, and the great room was awesome, plenty of seating space for us and we really felt "together" but with plenty of space to be on our own, too. The 4 bathrooms were great too, as no one had to share except for the kids. Location: Very easy to get to, and VERY easy access to Disney and especially Animal Kingdom. We also found due to 192 traffic on some mornings that getting into MK and Epcot were easier going to back way via Animal Kingdom. Also, the dead end street is nice with no other traffic going by. And, for us one of the best and unique features, was the computer with Internet access. We LOVED that; it was so helpful to have Internet to check flights, times of the parks, restaurant menus, etc. plus keep up with e-mail. Thank you so much for that; I really can't overstate how helpful it was to have that and what a great ammenity that is. We didn't play too much in the game room, as we were pretty exhausted, but it was very nice and well stocked. (Thanks for the use of the umbrella stroller, too. We used it one day when we didn't want to deal with our big monster stroller.) Again, thanks for a great vacation home away from home. If you want to post any of my comments, please feel free.
