This Condo has magnificent views on the East end of Panama City Beach and away from all of the bumper to bumper traffic. It offers breathtaking sunsets and views of the coastline and the bay. The wrap around balcony will allow all of your senses to enjoy this oceanfront paradise.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a door leading out to the balcony. The master bath is spacious with separate shower and tub. Second bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD and sliding door leading out to balcony with views of the bay. This balcony wraps all the way around the west end of the building to connect with the beach front balcony. Third bedroom has double bunks, TV, and DVD.
The den/dining room opens onto the balcony and has 5 large picture windows on the west end of the building that allow a beautiful panoramic view of the Panama City Beach coastline from the entire living area. Sit anywhere in the main living area and view the most beautiful sunsets in the world.
Kitchen is fully furnished with upgraded stained cabinets and stainless appliances including solid cooktop with oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, mixer and more. Laundry room, with washer and dryer, is just off kitchen.
You can also enjoy 2 beach front pools, 1 hot tub, game room and exercise room during your stay. St. Andrews State Park is within 1/2 mile and Schooners restaurant is just next door with its fabulous seafood menu.

Why the Owner Chose Seychelles
We love the quiet end of the beach and the view off of the balcony sold us on this condo. Schooners next door is so great to order take out or walk to dinner. You have a front row seat for the annual lobster festival and 4th of July fireworks on the balcony. Watching the ships come in and out of the jetties are also wonderful. You will find no other place that beats the sunset at the end of the day.

Two families that have grown up in Georgia and enjoyed many summer vacations on the Gulf of Mexcio together and decided why not buy a home away from home that we could all enjoy year round. We love the water,sand and just pure relaxation that comes from being here. The boating down to Crooked Island and deep sea fishing are some of our favorite memories each year. Jet sking in the bay is awesome and you never know what you may see while snorkeling at the jetties.

Excellant location and very easy owner to work with. Property lovely with upscale decor. Easy parking and luggage carts available. We stayed off-season November and weather was great! One pool and hot tub heated conveniently for chilly days and nights. I would defintely recommend for renter's considering a stay at Seychelles. Close to golf course (ie. Hombre). Sunset views and location to State Park for beachcombing was just right!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway.

This is a very nice condo complex, right next door to Schooners which is convenient for lunch, dinner, cocktail on the beach, crab legs, pina coladas. The condo itself is very nice, as pictured and described. The complex was supposed to have one of the 2 pools heated but management changed their mind and decided not to turn it on until Thanksgiving. The hot tub is supposed to be heated year round and it only worked the last day we were there. Disappoiting. 3 fast elevators, nice parking garage, The beach is beautiful. From our balcony we watched, manaray, dolphin, shark, a schools of other fish every morning and early evening clear as day. Amazing view. We have been going to PC for years and this is our favorite location. It's on the end of the strip out of traffic, and close to St Andrews State Park if you want to go to the protected beach inside the jetties. The end units are 3 bedroom with balconies that wrap all the way around the building. Tons of windows! Nice stocked kitchen, nice dining table w/lots of chairs. Code for the door instead of keeping up w/keys is nice. Overall nice stay. Will be back!

We love this place! It is the most peaceful vacation we have ever taken! We love to go in October! The view is amazing! The kids (and adults) will love watching the sea life swim by! We have seen dolphins, shark, sea cow (that was amazing!), and sting rays. When you are inside the room, you still feel like you are outside because of the beautiful windows along the wall. It has definitely spoiled me. No other rooms that I have googled compare!

We are a family of four from the midwest and had an absolutely wonderful time at this condo for our spring break. Everything was exactly as described and more....The condo is beautiful, convenient to everything and the sunsets were absolutely amazing. We will definitely stay again. The owners are a delight to work with and made sure our stay was exactly what we had expected. We will recommend this to all of our friends and relatives.

Came in town on Sunday and stayed until the next Sunday. Wished it was another week. The condo is in a quite end of beach and perfect. The view is incredible. This condo is on 20th floor and almost on top of water. Water was so clear, saw a few stingrays and schools of fish. Everything is as described and pictures do not do this condo justice. WOULD RECOMMEND this condo to anyone.

We just got back from our second year staying at this wonderful condo and it never gets old!! The views are beautiful and the beds are comfortable! I am still waiting on a thunderstorm so that I can watch the lightning show from the wrap around windows. There was no oil and the water was the most beautiful it has been in years. The pictures are exactly what is posted and Janet is awesome to work with!!!! I would recommend this condo to everyone! Can't wait to visit again! God Bless.

Just returned from a fantastic vacation in this wonderful condo. It is very well maintained, the wrap-around balcony and living room windows offer picture postcard views, the furniture and kitchen appliances are new and fashionable, and the owners are great to do business with. Also, Seychelles' common areas, pools, hot tubs, etc. are very well maintained. Not all PCB condo buildings can say that. I highly recommend this unit.
